You are dating tom riddle. Tom really is a sweetheart but his reputation always gets the best of him , when it's just the two of you he treats you like you're the world to him but when others are around he doesn't even look at you. Your friends told you you should just leave him that you deserve better . And maybe you do but tom loves you , you know he does , well did maybe until that one evening his reputation got the best of him , you were sitting with your friends in the common room talking when tom walked in with some of his friends. He didn't look at you , what a surprise,  until one of his friends looked at you
"Look at her , walking around like a whore , really y/n are you that desperate for some attention"
You were wearing a crop top that showed some cleavage but not to much,  you expected tom to stand up for you but he just laughed
"Really mate? She's like the biggest whore i know , pathetic" tom laughed
You looked at him in disbelief not believing your own boyfriend talked about you like that  , tears forming in your eyes
When tom saw that he immediately felt bad but he couldn't show it
"Fuck you" you whispered going upstairs to your room
"Y/n wait" tom yelled , his friends looked at him
"What you wanna get in her pants riddle?" They laughed
"Go fuck yourselves" he mumbled while going upstairs to your room
"Y/n , please my love open the door , i'm so sorry" tom begged
"Go away riddle"
"Y/n please you know why i did that , they can't now about us"
"So you call me whore? Fuck you"
"Please baby open this door"
You opend the door and looked at him , he had tears in his eyes , good. He knows he fucked up
"I loved you tom"
"No don't say that , you still do. Right?" He brushed his thumb against your cheek
"I can't do this tom , i want someone to love me , not only when we're in public"
"Y/n please" he holds your face between his hands
"Don't leave me , you're the only one i have , i'm so sorry" he sobbed
"I can't. Please go away we're over."
He fell on his knees hugging your legs
"Tell me you love me y/n , please. Please tell me you love me."
You also sat down on your knees and looked him in the eyes
"I love you tom , i always will. But i can't continue loving you like this" you kissed his forehead and held him close to you
"I love you y/n , i love you so much. That's why i'm gonna let you go if that's what you want. I will do anything to make you happy " You nodded tears streaming down both your faces
"It's the best , for the both of us my love." You smiled sadly
He looked at you and came closer
"Please kiss me, one last time." And so you did,  you kissed him with all the love you had for him , feeling his tears falling down your face.
"I will always love you y/n y/l/n , it will always be you" he said before standing up to leave looking at you one last time with the sad smile you just gave him.
