People have jars in your life that they will slowly fill with their presence. Like water, you crave for it, you need it. The more your jars are filled, the more you feel secure.
When people leave, it's like breaking their jars
Those who have not been with you long will only spew a little water out. It will not trouble you. But those who have been with you for a long time, those whose waters you have come to depend on, when their jars break, you'll end up losing not just tons of water, but a jar as well.
