Lynee, like her teenage son, has an array of psionic powers. These powers manifest as a luminescent vapor or mist o purple cosmic hue emanating from her hands and body. When using her telepathic abilities, Lynne's eyes glow a bright purple color.

These powers manifest as a brown gas mixed with black hues.

I hope you like what I picked out for these evil villains, the reason I chose fear for Todd is because he called Ricky a scared little boy in the beginning so I thought, hey, he should call him this cause he knew his fears even before he had powers.
