Naina's Cabin

'Please have a seat...' Naina says to Vikram while taking her seat

Vikram who was staring, smirks and takes a seat opposite to her, but doesn't say anything

'How can I help you sir...?' Naina asks, looking at the file Rads gave her to understand the matter

'You think you can help me...?' Vikram raised his brow and Naina looks up from the file

'Pardon me ?'

'You don't give those Sales Incharge vibes Ms. Naina.... You look like some entitled kid, who has connections with the owner, and hence is assigned for the job...' Vikram comments

Naina keeps the file and fists her hand under the table, yet maintaining her calm

'Well why don't you give me a chance to prove my capability to you Mr. Nanda..' she replies maintaining her professional demeanour

'How can you impress me Naina Thapar ?' Vikram says slyly and Naina gasps

'It's Naina Malhotra...' She says calmly

'Aren't you and Arjun related...? He was talking about some sister thing...' Vikram scratches his head

'Let's forget what Arjun sir said Mr. Vikram, you tell me, why do you think I am not worthy enough to negotiate this deal with you ?' Naina asks

'I never said that Ms.Naina, it's just you look so naive for this job, this innocence on your face makes one believe that you are so gullible... A sales manager looks sharp, who can persuade you into buying things, you look like a sweet little kid, who will start crying if we don't buy anything from you...' Vikram mocks her and Naina smiles, but inside she was fuming

'You think I am joking...?'

'Pardon me sir, but you are a funny Man, I wonder how can you be a businessman...' Naina replies smiling at him

'Why, you think I don't look like a businessman ?' Vikram fixes his suit and smirks at her

'Ofcourse you look like a businessman sir, but I believe looks can be deceiving, you have zero aptitude for business...' she leans back on her seat

'How can you say that without knowing me...?' he gets defensive

'Exactly the same way you thought that I am not a good sales without knowing me...' Naina replies calmly and Vikram was taken aback

'Okay, I apologise for my judgemental remark... I was just checking...' He began and Naina cuts him off in between

'Whether am I sharp enough to reply your sassy remark or just start crying...?' she finishes his sentence

'Yes...'

'Arjun doesn't hire people at the important positions just like that Sir, he makes sure that they are competent enough for that post...' Naina smiles and then takes the file lying on the table

'Hmmm impressive...' Vikram mutters

'So by far looking at the file, I understand that E market has been supplying you with office stationaries since past 2 years and now there is demand of office chairs and tables from your side through one of our dealers' she says reading the file

'Yes... You missed the demand of the discounted price of 30%...' Vikram says and Naina looks up from the file

'30% is not possible sir... I am sorry...' She replies politely

'That's what Jai said... What difference will your statement make?' he says arrogantly

'Sir, I don't intend to make any difference, I am just making it clear that this demand is not possible, because we already offer you 5% more discount from any normal supplier...' She states firmly, maintaing a calm demeanor
