When we arrived at our house, all of the children rushed out to meet us. I looked at the dashboard clock. It read 11:45. I was so happy that all of our children cared so much about their Mama. I let another tear roll down my cheek while I smiled.

"Stef? Are you okay?" Lena asked worried.

"Love, I am perfectly fine. I am so happy I found you," I leaned in and kissed her, "I have no idea where I would be without you. I love you so much and I love our family dearly. I am so happy that I have gotten to take on this adventure with you and share all these wonderful memories."

"Awh, Honey," Lena said as tear rolled down her cheeks now, "I couldn't have said it any better than you. I love you so much, Stef. You are my love. My sweet, sweet love. You are my spark of light in the darkness. You are my protection. You are my world. You and the children are my everything and I love you all so, so very much." At this, Lena leaned over to kiss me. She winced in pain, but didn't stop. She kissed me on the lips and I swear I fell even more in love with her.

Just like every single time we kiss.
