The first full day at my new pack wasn't very eventful. I stayed inside for the majority of it and only left to stand on the back porch and watch the sunset. It wasn't lonely but it wasn't very exciting either. Bash had to leave with the twins after lunch and didn't return until after dinner when I had already retreated from my place on the couch to the bedroom.

Most of my time spent alone was filled with watching television and playing games on my phone. I would've zoomed out on my computer but i don't have it with me.

Today, however, was more eventful. It started with me being woken up by Logan who banged together pots and pans; a surefire way to get in my bad books.

His dumbass thought he could just come in the room and wake me up? Think again.

"Logan I swear to god if you woke me up and there isn't an emergency I'll murder you." Bash says something before I can and Logan stops hitting the pans only to place them at the foot of the bed. He pulls some paper work out of his back pocket and hands it over to his Alpha.

"It's not an emergency but we got this faxed over from Alpha Harris."

"What does it say?" I start to get nosey and I lean over Sebastian's shoulder so I can see what it says.

"Eh cut it out." He stops me from looking at the paper and I cross my arms like a toddler.

"Tell him I'll be ready in my office at eleven for the call and that I'll have his sister there as well."

"Aye Aye Captain. Also Jenny, the devil called. He wants his horns back." He smirks as he collects the pots and pans and exits the room.

"I don't understand how you haven't killed him yet? He's great but he knows just how to piss you off."

"Yeah he's a lot like you."

"I am not like that asshole. I may be sarcastic and a bit rude but he's just another breed."

"I got the female version of Logan for my mate."

"You forgot to add better looking, smarter, and wittier." I remind him as I turn over and face away from him.

"Must've forgot humble too." I feel his side of the bed move and I know that he's gotten up.

"I'm going back to bed, what are you doing?"

"What a shame... I actually need you."

I cherish my sleep and I don't give it up easily. This is like torture.

"I'm sure Trev will be fine without me being there for that phone call."

"I need you for that meeting too, but that's not what I'm referring to. You need to meet with Hudson and to show him what level of training you're at."

And that's my cue to leave. I spent the last seven years being trained three times a week and just recently got out of it.

"I may look in shape but I'm not in the mood to be training." I explain while sitting up. "It's just kind of a mood killer for me. I'm sure I would do much better up here in this nice comfy bed."

"Bummer, get up and put on something you can train in."

"Yes it's also a bummer that I didn't bring anything to train in."
