An empty Mask,
Hidden behind hoods
Misted in Rains
Hiding behind a wall which your emotions create.
Sometimes silence is not what you seek.
Sometimes the water you scavenge is not within your reach.
Sometimes all we need is a pause, just to stop and breathe.
And sometimes, another person to talk to is all we need.
We are humans,
We have a heart.
Some may be cold,
some may be in the dark.
But no matter how evil,
Or how kind.
We are all mortal.
Something which we can't disguise.
Hide all you want.
You'll never be far from reality.
Even if some truths bring you to insanity.
You can't hide for long.
Unless you choose the short way.
A permanent solution,
for a temporary problem.
You'll live lighter with all masks and disguises behind you.
