"Rachel will be here at 7pm" Aidan said
"Ok, I'm going to be in the same room" I replied
"No, that's a private conversation" he replied
"Aidan, I need to make sure it's done or I will happily call my lawyer up" I said
"Fine, but don't say anything" he said
"Nope, I get to say my last words to Rachael" I said
"Lexi you're pushing it" he said
"Ok, I'll just dial the lawyer's number" I said
I grab my phone ready to dial Joshua
"Fine" he said giving up
I went to the kitchen and my brothers were there
"I'm dropping the emancipation papers" I said
"Why" Jaden asked with rudeness.
"Well, Aidan and I came to an agreement. If I dropped the papers he would drop Rachel" I said
"Do you want to us to drop our girlfriends now?" Ace asked. They were all acting rude to me
"No, Rachel was super rude to me, and physically hurt me. It was either I go or her" I said
"Good choice" Andrew said
All my brothers have been acting different
"Guys listen, I never meant for you guys to get hurt from this. You never caused me any pain, it was mostly Aidan. I just wanted my life to go back to normal. I'm sorry if it ended up hurting you, it was never meant to" I said
No one said anything, I stayed there for another minute and it was silence
I sighed and left, it was going to take time.
I went to my room, and decided to organize my closet.
After getting rid of a bunch of old clothes, it was now 6:45. Rachel was coming at 7.
I went downstairs and went in Aidan's office
"She'll be here in 10 minutes" Aidan said
"Ok" I replied
I sat on the couch on in his office and went on my phone.
After being on my phone for 10 minutes the doorbell rang.
Aidan gets up and goes to the door
"Show time" i whispered
Aidan walks in with Rachel.
"What is she doing here?" Rachel said disgusted
"Rachel please sit" he says
"Ok" she said confused
"Well, this isn't easy for me to say but this isn't working out. I have too much on my plate, and a relationship is adding too much. You were a great girlfriend, it wasn't you. It was me" he said
Wow I didn't believe he would do it.
"Aidan, we are in love. How can you just dump me out of nowhere" she questioned
"I'm sorry, I have too much on my plate. I have to focus on my work. I still love you but I'm not in love with you anymore" he said
"It's because of her, you always give her the attention. She's the reason why you're always so stressed and always busy" Rachel said pointing towards me
"Hey don't bring me into this, I had nothing to do with this breakup" I said
"It's not her, it's everything in my life." He said
