All the time lost, memories all the while wasted
One thing is forgotten, one fight, forever it lasted
LIttle things change, trivial things fade
Ravens of life, come find me, I'll wait
What would I miss if I start to walk the race
Life is ending, I must live for all my days
So I went, I lived to my heart's desire
Spent on misunderstandings, in joy I conspire
Never even hoping that something is void and null
I've been living my life, I can't just stop empty and lull
Every time you will hope your love will touch the sky
I'll always, forever, be passing you by

Why did you ever think that watching me will pay
Of all people. why choose me to brighten up your day?
Facts, guesses, illusions mend and lay still
Why do you even bother how people have their fill?
Until then, answer all the questions left to dust
Find your reasons why should you gain my trust
Stake everything—your life, your soul, your emotions down under
Watch until nothing is left but sorrows, storm, and thunder
I am free, I am difficult to find
Along empty halls, my echoes I've left to bind
Every moment that you thought you'd be able to fly
I'm sorry, but always, I'll be passing you by

And then, I managed to stay back and stay away
All these years, I'm lost in the wind of my own way
I never knew that you're still there, waiting for me
Even though I told you to stop, you just can't let it be
What is love, that you can't even sleep at night?
You lie awake, thinking, until dawn comes to light
You think of me, wondering how I've been
When you should be thinking how to save your own skin
You save me every time but please clarify
Who is saving you now, who is staying by your side?
Because no matter how you ask and continue to wonder why
Love will always—always— be passing you by

All the time lost, precious memories wasted
Everything is forgotten—your love, how long has it lasted?
Fact, illusions, mysteries—all too late to be realized
All is too latee to be cherished, too late to be criticized
Love is deceiving, have you seen it this time?
One day it's there, the next it's lost in the rhyme
I find it hard, how you kept believing in forever
Someday, you promised, someday all this will be over
What is it with love that you kept hoping to have this chance
Are you deaf? Blind? I don't want to be part of this deadly dance
Because until you wake up, you'll be swimming in your own lie
Always and forever, I promise, I'll be passing you by

Damn, this poem is really angry. Sorry about that. lol. It's unrequited love and the inability to take no for an answer. I don't know where I pulled this from but it may be the case for many people out there.
