93- A rain of love

Rain drops sprinkle on my lips,
The cold freshness sinking onto skin,
And melting its sweetness over my thirsty tongue,
Monsoon showers of love, brings happiness.
The dark blue black sky smiles,
And the midday moon hides,
Behind those clouds, shy.

Somewhere far away, a seed springs to life,
Suckling on the sweetness of wet earth,
That blue black cloud showers
More love than rainwater,
And so the seedling blooms love,
And gifts the nature a rose.

Somewhere far away, a peacock looks up,
At that naughty sky: brimming water,
And spreads its plumage, green and gold.
It twirls, feathers open wide, to embrace,
Those raining blue black clouds,
It dances to the song of rain,
And a loose feather on its plumage,
Catches the changing winds of time,

It drifts on the cool zephyr,
And flies to where I sit gazing,
At the blue black sky with longing,
Those drops of rain still on my lips,
My face uptilted and eyes glazed,
As the feather drops down,
Grazing my cheeks tenderly,
Wiping off my unshed tears,
And drops to my lap mischievously,
A smile creeps into my face,
As I kiss that feather drenched with rain,
And whisper, 'Oh, You are coming then!'
