My name is Luis Aragon, and this is the first novel that I wrote. I was inspired by American, and European period WW2 dramas, and made me think about writing one that is set in the Philippines.
Trivia: The title, The Young and the Beautiful was inspired by the song by Lana del Ray. You will get the reason why as you continue Pancho's journey.
