It was a dark and cold night but Jungkook's room felt darker and colder, he couldn't help but hear his late mother's voice, asking him to not let Taehyung know who would be heartbroken once he would find out what was happening to her.

Jungkook didn't want to but had to hide things from Taehyung as per his mother's request and also knowing his parents were having issues in their own relationship, means both their families were having hard times.

So Jungkook didn't want to double his worries.

But this was not exactly what Jungkook imagined and it was his mother leaving him and things with Taehyung got difficult.

Jungkook tried to reach him but he blocked all the ways to him, thinking Jungkook had hidden a dark secret of cheating him behind his back which was completely a huge misunderstanding.

And out of all, Jungkook blamed his unfortunate luck that maybe everyone he loved was meant to leave him. 

Better that Taehyung left his side or else his life would made him leave anyhow.

Jungkook got the sign of his misfortune that maybe Taehyung too like rest of others would definitely one day leave him.

Every after that misunderstanding Jungkook didn't do much about it and accepted his fate.

But then later Taehyung learnt about what happened to Jungkook and his mother through a phone call by Hoseok, he couldn't help but fly back to Jungkook after two months of their split.

The other hand, Jungkook became used to feeling like shit. Losing his mother then Taehyung, it all had an impact on his entire self, as if a person in him died as well.

It became two or more days of Taehyung coming back and asking for forgiveness but Jungkook just lacked emotions to put in place and treated Taehyung coldly, not giving him any reply whenever he would come back to his home while crying and apologizing constantly.

Jungkook was way too weak to even collect what's been scattered. He risked losing Taehyung once already and didn't want it to happen again so for him, he wanted Taehyung to be away for better.

But everything has limits and so does Taehyung's patience. He was furious, frustrated and irritated by the way Jungkook acted like he was the only one at fault while the truth was something else.

Feeling himself sided and unworthy, Taehyung gave up soon too after crying and begging for hours in front of Jungkook who refused to utter a word to him, let him stand in front of his door and cry but he didn't let him in and the next thing he heard was his footsteps fading away, means he left him again.

And Jungkook burst out into fat tears when he realized what he lost just then, getting down on his knees he cried his eyes out and finally let his heart cry which he had been keeping from a long time.

He knew it was over and there was no more hope but he also knew that he can't survive without Taehyung and he needed to see his face just one last time.

Wiping his tears furiously, he rushed out of his house hours later, running to where Taehyung was staying.

After mustering a lot of courage and strength he made his way to his house to only see a car being loaded with luggage, Taehyung at the backseat of the car.

And Jungkook wasn't over his last heartbreak but then had another.

It didn't hit him harder than ever when he actually realised what will his life be like if Taehyung actually leaves him, the damage it will do to him will be unimaginable.
