i'm laying in bed, it's 11 and i'm just bored and can't seem to get tired, so i text my friend Ella and ask her if she can come over and spend the night and she texts back that she's on her way. i get up and go into the family to find my parents sitting on the couch.
"ella's coming over" i say and the look up and over at me
"this late?" my mom questions
"mhm she's spending the night" i say scrolling through my phone

"yes! let's go get dressed"
