Summer is Florence's favorite time of the year. No school, no work. And normally, this means no teenagers around her.

Unfortunately, this summer is different than the before.

Scott and Stiles have designated Florence's pool the summer hangout spot. They invite themselves over during the day. Sometimes they bring Lydia and Isaac.

Florence feels like she lives with them sometimes.

Melissa comes over a lot to gossip and hangout with Florence. She loves those nights. Both women get drunk on wine and spill their secrets to each other.

Tonight was no different.

"God. I haven't dated anyone since my ex husband" Melissa groans, holding her glass of red wine up.

Florence chuckles at the woman. "I get you. I haven't actually dated anyone in a long time. Been on dates here and there, some one night stands, but nothing serious"

"When was your last relationship?"

"18, 19 years ago?"

"You lived here at that time right? Who was it with? Maybe I knew them" Melissa says happily, wanting her friend to spill every detail

Florence laughs at the giddiness of drunk Melissa.

"You do know him. Which is why I don't want to say anything"

Melissa thinks for a moment.

"Is he a deputy?" Melissa gasps. "A doctor? A teacher?" Melissa gives Florence a serious look. "Is it Finstock?"

"No! No! Definitely not Finstock. God that would be weird. He is not a deputy nor a doctor. He moved away for a while"

Melissa sits there quietly for a moment, looking as thought she was going through a mental list of men she knows.

She gasps loudly after a few seconds.

"Allison's father?"

Florence's eyes widen. Melissa begins laughing at her reaction and asking a million questions a minute.

"Oh my god! It's like Romeo and Juliet, but you know without the death. How did you meet? How long were you together? Why did you break up?"

"We met one night when my car broke down. We were together for a year. He was my first love, the man I thought I would spend my life with, but our... circumstances did not allow it. I found myself utterly, truly in love with him such a short time. It didn't matter what others thought of our relationship, we just wanted to be together. It ended.. badly. Gerard got involved. "
