Right now, Florence's classroom is being used as a meeting space for Derek and the teenagers.

"I don't see anything" Derek states after looking at the odd bruises on Allison's and Lydia's arms.

"Let me see" Florence says, moving so she could see the bruises put together.

"Its faint, and probably a bit of a stretch but I think it does make some weird shape. Could just be how she held your arms." Florence says, not wanting to dismiss the notion, but also not feed into it in case she is wrong.

"Look again." Scott says to Derek

"How is a bruise going to tell me where Erica and Boyd are?"

"It's the same on both arms. Exactly the same"

"It's nothing"

"Pareidolia. Seeing patterns that aren't there. It's a subset of apophenia" Lydia pipes up.

"What she said" Derek replies

Florence gives Derek a look.

"Derek, they are only trying to help." Florence says to her nephew, hoping to get through to him

"These two? This one who used me to resurrect my psychotic uncle. And this one who shot about thirty arrows into me and my pack?" He says pointing to the two girls

"Hey, no one died. There might have been some maiming. A little mangling. But no death. I call that an important distinction" Stiles says trying to diffuse the tension in the room

"My mother died" Allison states plainly.

Florence flinches a little. She knows what actually happened that night Derek bit her mother. Derek had told her, and made her promise to not say anything.

"Your family's little honor code killed your mother. Not me" Derek replies to the girl

"Okay, can everyone back off for a second?" Scott interjects

"That girl was looking for Scott. I'm here to help him. Not you." Allison says to Derek

"You want to help? Find something real" Derek says to her before turning to leave.

"Derek. Stay. All of you, except Scott, out. Get to class. I need to chat with Derek and Scott first." Florence says, using her teacher voice.

The rest of the teenagers groan and try to protest before leaving once they see the look on Florence's face.
