This morning, the citizens of Qua-Toyne gathered around the dock. Tanaka, the Prime Minister, wonders what makes the port so interesting. 'Is this a Lourian attack!?' he wondered, rushing into the crowd.
"What is going on here?" Tanaka asked one of the law enforcement officer.
"It seem like there's a unexpected guests coming to our country sir" The officer answered.
Tanaka takes a clean look at the harbor out of curiosity, and his eyes widen when he notices five large ships encased in metal and flying a flag he has never seen before. The five metal ships come to a halt in the middle of the sea, while smaller ships fly to the port at breakneck speed. As the smaller ship docked, a group of people wearing strange attires emerged, and one of them was recognized by many.
Everyone gasps, it's Captain Midori, why is he with those people? Everyone thought. Prime Minister Tanaka approached the group and greeted them.
"Hello, I am Prime minister Tanaka. What bring you to our country?"
"We want to established trade with your country" Member of foreign affairs, Petton responded.
"Well, you see. We're at war with Kingdom of Louria right now so, it would be hard to establish a trade here.." Tanaka answered.
"We know, we can help you with that" Admiral Connors said, Tanaka eyes sparkled up.
"Really? How will you do it?"
"We only need you to give us permission to set up military base in your country" Diplomat Petton answered.
"Ow ow, slow there, hold your horse. We just met and you want to set up military base in our country? We don't know if we can trust you yet" Tanaka response to a sudden request
"We can assure you" Diplomat Petton bring Captain Midori in.
"Captain Midori? Explain this right now, what is going on" Tanaka ordered.
"Our ship was found by these peoples when we ran from those Lourian.. i advise you to listen to them, it might bring benefit to Qua-toyne and maybe, the entire Rodenius!" Captain Midori said.
Prime Minister Tanaka is pondering the words spoken by Captain Midori. Just.. who are these guys?
"Also our reinforcement will arrive next morning, by then the temporarily base must already be completed" Admiral Connor added up.
He determined that he and his country would align with the United States of America. He had no other choice but to shake hands with the American, and the Treaty of Rodenius was signed.

Gim is unusually quiet; Adem sent out some scouts, but there was no action from Gim, so he decided to send out a Wyverns squadron. They reported back along the lines of...
