Chapter 10:Girls Day

Few months later

-Candace

"Chloe I told you to tie Jules shoes while I dressed Jacob".

"Your daughter doesn't know how to sit still".

"Mommy auntie lying she was on her phone". Jules pouted.

"Hey! Don't snitch on me". Chloe said

I rolled my eyes and walked over to Jules's bed and tied her shoes.

"Mommy where are we going"?

"We are dropping your brother at grandpas house we are having a girls day with grandma auntie Jas auntie Chloe and auntie Marissa and cousin Chrissy".

"Where's daddy"?

I stood up and helped her off her bed.

"He's at work but we will see him later when we come home".

"Are we going shopping"?

"Yes we are now go get your brother and go down stairs and wait at the door with auntie Chloe".

She nodded and grabbed Chloe's hand. "Come on auntie".

Chloe laughed and walked out the room being pulled by at six year old.

I walked out of my room and into my bedroom and went over to my dresser looking for my gold hoop earrings that I wanted to wear.

My phone started ringing and I walked over to my bed and grabbed it. It was Justin.

"Hello".

"Hey baby I was just seeing if you were out with the ladies".

I walked over and found my earrings.

"No not yet. I'm about to drop off Jacob at your parents house and pick up your mom".

I put them in my ear and grabbed my purse on the bed.

"Okay I'll be at my parents house with the guys after work I got a few files to do".

"Well don't work too hard".

I walked down the stairs to see them waiting for me.

"And don't spend too much money".

He said mocking me.

"Well I was going to buy you something but never mind then".

I shooed them outside the door and walked out the house and locked the door.

"Well in that case spend as much as you want baby".

I laughed. "Yeah I thought so".

"Well baby I got to go. I love you".

"I love you too".

I hung up and put my phone in my purse and grabbed Jacob.

I put him in his car seat and strapped him in and Chloe put on Jules seat belt.

I got in the car and drove to my in laws house.

"Chloe get in the back with Jules".

She groaned. "Why can't Laura sit in the back with Jules"?

She turned a little and looked at Jules.

"Jules don't you want grandma to sit back there with you".

Jules smiled and nodded more than once.

"See Candace she wants her to sit back there".

"Chloe it's a car with two car seats you need to sit back there".
