"You're dumb, Beomgyu!! How the actual fuck did you get a zero?!"

"I-I'm sorry.." Beomgyu sniffled.

"Was it because of Yeonjun?! You two are so distracted by each other!"

"N-No, Hyung wasn't even there when we t-took the test.." Beomgyu cried.

"Come to your room."

Beomgyu shook his head.

"Now."

Beomgyu sniffled and shook his head again.

"You're making this worse for yourself." Beomgyus dad said, walking over to him.

"I won't go.."

"Alright."

...

"I came over as fast as I can, where's Beomgyu?"

"His room." Beomgyus mom said, frowning.

Yeonjun quickly walked in, taking off his shoes while walking.

He got to Beomgyus room and opened the door.

"Baby?"

Beomgyu looked up from his knees and looked at Yeonjun.

"What happened, my sweet sweet darling?" Yeonjun asked, closing the door and sitting in front of him.

"Hyung.." Beomgyu began to cry again.

"What happened, my love?" Yeonjun made Beomgyu put his knees down.

"D-Dad.." Beomgyu sniffled.

Yeonjun sighed. "Do you want to go out to take your mind off of this?"

"No.." Beomgyu cried, hugging Yeonjun tightly.

"I'm sorry." Yeonjun patted his head.

...

After Beomgyu took a nap and woke up he went to the bathroom.

He looked in the mirror and saw a bruise on his cheek where his dad slapped him and sighed.

How was he supposed to explain this at school?

...

"What do I do?" Beomgyu asked.

Beomgyus mom stared at his cheek. "You're just gonna have to wear a mask to school, I'm sorry." She sighed.

Beomgyu nodded.

"I'm sorry, Beomgyu." She mumbled, hugging him.

"It's fine, mom, I have to go." Beomgyu said.

"Okay.."

...

"Can I see?"

Beomgyu pulled down and mask and Yeonjun frowned. "Does it hurt?"

Beomgyu nodded, pulling his mask back up.

The bell rang and Yeonjun sighed, grabbing Beomgyus hand.

"Skip?"

"No!" Beomgyu pouted.

Yeonjun sighed. "Fine.."

...

"Beomgyu, take off the mask." Their coach said, putting her bag down.

"I-I can't.." Beomgyu said.

"Why?"

"Uh..I-I'm sick."

"Wow you're sick and you're still at practice?" She asked, gasping.

Beomgyu hesitated then nodded.

"Wow! Guys you should be more like Beomgyu!" She said.

Beomgyu looked at Yeonjun who was holding back his laughter and smiled.

...

"I want you to break up with him."

Beomgyu looked at his dad and shook his head. "I-I won't.."

"Quit telling him that, what would you do if people said they wanted us to get a divorce? This is the happiest Beomgyu has ever been, shut the hell up, damn." Beomgyus mom said.

His dad sighed, dropping the topic and started to talk about something.

Beomgyu smiled a little and continued to eat.

It's fine that his mom didn't get a divorce with his dad, as long she stands up for him.
