"Your daddy is not going to be happy about this" I whisper to my four year old daughter as she giggles

"Don't worry, daddy will get over it" he whispers back "besides it's his birthday and we just wanna do something nice for him"

I give him a pointed look before shaking my head "you call this nice" I whisper yell and my daughter shushes me

"Lower your voice mummy, you're gonna wake him up" she whispers covering my mouth with her tiny hands "he's going to love it, right Uncle Ivan"? She asks turning to her uncle and he just shrugs

"Don't worry princess, daddy's going to love our little surprise" he says with a smirk and I just roll my eyes before looking at the time

I don't know why I agreed to this madness in the first place, now I'm locked in the closet of our room, at 11:56pm with my daughter and Ivan.

"Anytime now" he mutters making Elmira to giggle

Loud, extremely loud music starts playing and we hear two gunshots before they stop.

Mira looks to her uncle before they both look at me

"Oh no, no, you both are not pushing me out there" I say shaking my head
"I told you this was a bad idea"

"You have to go out, else he's going to bring the whole house down" Ivan whispers and I growl out

"Well you should have thought of that before putting a very loud speaker close to his ear while he's sleeping" I grit out before looking at my daughter

I just sigh out before finally deciding to go out, I open the closet and peek out to see a very frantic and confused Dimitri with a gun in his hand.

I walk out of the closet and quickly turn on the light, he squints before he relaxes knowing it's me.

"Don't tell me you guys did this again"? He asks and I just sigh out walking towards him

"Honey put the gun down" I gently take it from him before looking at the room, well there goes another speaker
"Why do you even have a gun"? I ask and he shrugs

"It's 12:00am I thought someone broke in" he mutters and just then, the closet door opens and Mira comes with Ivan right behind her

"Let me guess, this was your idea"? He asks looking at Ivan and he just shakes his head.

"It was hers, I swear" he points to me

"What"? I didn't even do anything

"Princess" Dimitri mutters before walking towards Mira and picking her up "stop moving with these two, they're going to corrupt you" he mutters the last part

"Happy birthday Daddy" she whispers shyly and he just kissed her cheeks

"Thank you baby" he says "let's go get ice cream" he mutters walking away from Ivan and I

"So much for being nice" Ivan muttered looking around the room and I just roll my eyes at him, before following then out.

"Are you still mad about this morning"? I ask with a pout sitting on the bed "but I already apologized" I muttered

He doesn't say anything, he just gives me a pointed look

"Oh come on, don't act as if you weren't expecting it" I say and he just smiles before shaking his head.

"You're my wife, you're supposed to be on my side and not on Ivan's" he says making me pout.

"It was just a little bit of fun, and besides your daughter orchestrated the whole thing, I was only a silent participant" I say playing with his hair

"Both of you know I love you too much to be angry at you, that's why you keep hanging around my cousin and letting him influence you" he says before standing up and facing me
"Come here" he says pulling me close before taking my lips in a hot kiss.

He picks me up so I'm straddling him on the bed, he eases his hands into my dress and squeeze my thighs a bit.

I start leaving kisses on his neck and ears, my hands reach for his belt and he stops kissing me

"Wait, where's Mira"? He asks breathing hard

"She's with Ivan, he took her out" I mutter before going back to kiss him

"Do you think she's hanging around him too much"? He asks kissing me and I just shrug

"I dunno, just shut up and kiss me" I mutter out and he does just that

It's been four years, four years since I moved to Moscow
A month before I gave birth to Elmira, Dimitri and I got married.

I haven't really spoken to Cara, but she has tried to reach out to me a couple of times, I just don't want to talk to her now, maybe later in the future I will

Who would have thought that a man who kidnapped me would someday become the man I love so much.

We had a lot of ups and downs but we made it through it all.
Ivan really wasn't mad about us being together and he has been a godfather to Elmira ever since I gave birth to her.

Dimitri got a new place because his former house reminded me too much of what happened between us before we fell in love and plus, he kind of toned down his involvement with the mafia

Viss kind of became the boss, he handles everything and we kind of became friends too.
They were all surprised when I came back to Moscow with Dimitri but they got over it.

And yes, I learnt to speak Russia
