A week passed when Naru, who had just returned to his room after having dinner with his father, lay comfortably on the bed while munching on the cookies that White Star had given him, and reading the novel he bought from Rain City.

'This is what life should be like.'

Naru thought about how peaceful his current situation was.

Wiiiing!

Seeing that his communication device was on, Naru had a bad feeling.

But he still picked up the call because he knew it was Cale.

"Did something happen that you called me first?"

Naru asked as he sat on the bed continuing to eat cookies.

During that week, Naru, who was the one who always called first, as he wanted to talk to On and Hong.

- I just wanted to say I'm going to the capital because my father suddenly told me to go.

Cale spoke while drinking his tea.

"You accept it?"

As far as Naru knows from the novel, Cale doesn't like big events.

- Well, I have to accept it because Basen also told me to attend as a Henituse representative.  Nothing I can do when they push me like that.

Cale's voice was calm, and Naru nodded his head, before his brain suddenly working.

'Wait!'

The cookies in Naru's hand fell onto the bed.

'Choi Han is with Cale, who will stop the rampaging dragon and the bombs exploding in the capital!?'

Naru pulled his hair feeling frustrated remembering that.

?

Cale who sees that can just confused with Naru's action.

And Choi Han seems so close to Cale that he wants to protect Cale, instead of leaving him!

"Can I go with you, hyung?"

Naru smiled making Cale suddenly get goosebumps.

"Why do you want to follow me? You act so suspicious."

Cale put the tea onto the plate still feeling goosebumps.

"I just want to see the capital of the Roan Kingdom. Please..."

Naru used his cute face.

- .....

Cale sighed.

- Okay.  I will leave in 3 days.

With that, Cale disconnected the communication device.

Naru immediately got out of bed and ran outside.

"Clay!"

Naru shouted looking for the vampire who was guarding him last time.

He had to find his father.  But his father is currently nowhere to be seen!

'Wow!  Why at a time like this am I alone at home!?'

The feeling of being alone, Naru's childish instinct, took control of Naru's body.

Naru also felt exhausted, when he couldn't control the tears that came out of his eyes.

Small children are always afraid when they are alone.

And that's the feeling Naru is experiencing right now.

So he stopped for a moment, and leaned against the wall, sitting hugging his knees, next to a vase as big as himself.
