"If you only knew how much those little moments with you mattered to me." - Yñigo

They arrived at Mariz's rented house around 5:30 PM.

"sagot niya. Ok lang gusto mo tabi pa tayo eh. Be careful what you wish for it might come true.

"Baka marami kang bisita. Nakakahiya." Mariz anwered back.

He was massaging his temple ng nakapikit.

"I think you're not fit to drive. Masakit ba ang ulo mo?"

He opened his eyes. He saw her looking at him worriedly. His heart swelled.

To hell with the party celebration! Can I stay with you like this? Let's say forever?

"Gusto mo magcommute na lang tayo? Or I can drive. May lisensya naman ako."

Hmmm. Magcommute. The hour drive from Mandaluyong to Batangas Laiya would take them by 3 to 4 hours. If commute mas matagal. He's beginning to like the idea. Mas matagal kasama si Mariz, the better. Pros & Cons. If he will drive mapapagod pa siya. And besides inaantok talaga siya. He can't drive.

What the hell had he been thinking? What the hell had he suggested for his own selfish reasons.

"Joke lang." He covered his embarrassment by grinning.

"Yñigo don't sweat it. Ok lang saken magbus! Lagi mo na lang akong hinahatid." She smiled and he melted.

Yñigo went to call his driver to pick up his car and instructed to bring it to their Resort in Batangas. He didn't know why he needed to commute just to be with her. Pwede namang magpahatid sila ni Mariz sa Resort sa family driver nila pero he know he'd feel uncomfortable. Na parang may "chaperone" sila. He's so excited. Para siyang bata on his way to his first field trip. Kanina he was so sleepy at Mariz's house pero ngayon gising na gising siya na parang nakainom ng sangkaterbang kape. He didn't want to miss this opportunity.

Mariz reached for his hand and squeeze it. He squeeze it back. Too giddy. Too happy to reply back.

He didn't know pero alam niya kung ibang tao ang titingin sa kanila, they would think they were eloping. God! He was daydreaming, wide awake style.

Ulit. Pangdalawahan. Too cozy for his own peace of mind.

Yñigo looked at his watch, quarter to seven pm. They will arrive around nine pm sa Lipa then pwede na silang mag VAN to San Juan Laiya. The party will then start kasi how on earth will they start if wala pa sila ni Mariz. He looked at their hands. Yep. They were still holding hands. How come they can hold hands and still not dating yet. He closed his eyes and prayed for traffic.
