Yesterday after school, I went over Stacy's house. We were on AIM, chatting with James about how much I like Jacob. He said I should tell Jacob that I like him, and that in fact, he would call Jacob for me right then.
After a few minutes he said that he'd called Jacob but Jacob wouldn't believe him, so Jacob was coming online and I should talk to him. So we started a conversation with Jacob, about Stacy and how much she loves James.
Then, randomly, Jacob said, "Emily, you still owe me a kiss from Stacy's party." I don't think I wrote about this, but at Stacy's party when we were playing Spin the Bottle, I landed on Jacob. We were just about to kiss, but then Stacy's dad came in so we forgot about it. I was really disappointed, but I pretended not to care.
I was so excited that Jacob remembered! So we're kind of half going out. There are some girls who are going to rip my face off when they find out. [Ow!]
There was a dance that night and I went with Stacy. Jacob couldn't go because he had basketball practice. But it was fun anyway!
I slow danced with Mark and Louis, and I was being friends with Zach. He was pretending to have Tourette syndrome so he was running around, screaming out swears randomly and having muscle spasms. We were cracking up. [Was there any group of people Zach didn't find it hilarious to mock? I remember Tourette Syndrome as being a favorite source of cruel humor, since we misunderstood it as an excuse to "scream out swears" at each other.]
