"I'm going to be single forever."

You further pressed your face into the pillow from Monica's couch as you talked to Rachel. She instantly cooed you. "No, sweetie. No, don't think that. You're going to find someone."

"Hey." Ross said entering the room.

You didn't move but continue to hold the pillow close to your face. Ross came over immediately, silently asking Rachel to allow him to take over.

She nodded, getting up and leaving the room.

"____, it's me. Listen, things aren't over for you yet. You'll find someone soon. Really soon." Ross said, sitting on the coffee table.

You looked up from the pillow. "You think?"

He nodded. "I know."

You gave him a gentle smile. "Thank you, Ross."
