I sat in the living room with my in laws as Jamal sat close to me holding my hands. It's not my dream for my in laws to stay in my house , but this time around it's an emergency i would want them to move in ASAP.
We sat in the living room , and they told us about there trip. How they visited the emir of Kano before coming over to Abuja to meet us. There story was a little bit boring, send I must admit I wasn't listening to a word they were saying. All that was in my head was this pain in my stomach and how I would get rid of it.
" Ameerah are you alright " my mother in law asked as i gave her a smile
" she's not feeling too well " Jamel answered for me
" then you should take her to your room to get some rest , am also tired " alhaji said as Jamal and I stood up and made our ways upstairs to our room.
I layed on the bed and covered my body with the sheets as Jamal did the same. " your mum , asked only me to get some rest " I said sarcastically as he rolled his eyes.
" your tears didn't allow me sleep well, now leave me alone " he said shutting his eyes as I did the same.
I just pray the pain subsides when I wake up.
