Glitch

Day (~10~)

Half of the day ended my mind still drifts to what happened earlier I couldn't have just imagined it

I finished dressing for my date wearing a pink dress fading to white pairing them with black flats. I didn't wear much make up just a little liptint will do tying my hair back in a ponytail my look was done I didn't want to over do it

"Miss Lilibeth"Woon Jae soon appeared he wore a pain white button up shirt with a black jacket on top, jeans and white rubber shoes "I said call me Lilibeth"I chuckled at his little mistake

"My Apologies shall we go on then?"I nodded he offered his hand to me I gladly took it.He held my hand tightly I felt protected and it made me smile

"Woon Jae!We need you over at the computer room"A boy suddenly came in running "What's the matter?"Woon Jae asked as he let go of my hand going over to the panting boy

"One of the computers just blew up, we have to stop it before it causes a fire"Woon Jae nodded and ran with the boy towards the main hall but he stopped half way and ran back to me

"I'm sorry about the minor inconvenience I promise that I'll be back"He assured me "I'll be waiting here"I answered he gave me a smile before he continued to run

I let out a sigh "This date is going down hill isn't it?"I mumbled walking over to a nearby bench to sit on it while I wait for Woon Jae to come back

Five minutes passed and he came back "I apologize if it took so long"I saw a smudge of dirt in his face making me chuckle since it made him look cute

"Dirty Woon Jae"I mumbled making him turn to me "Pardon?"He asked I moved closer and wiped the dirt off his face "There was dirt in your face"I said

His face grew a little red confusing me "Are you sick?Your face is red"I asked putting my hand over his forehead to check his temperature "No!..ah-I mean no, I'm quite alright.Shall we go on with our date?"He stuttered

"Right"I replied taking my hand he led us to the schools picnick area where a lovely little picnic was waiting for us with food! I felt my mouth watering at the sight of it

We sat down and was about to eat when "Woon Jae!Some students are stuck in a portal to the nether"

Woon Jae let out a huge sigh and once again excused himself not a moment later he was back again

"Woon Jae!Someone got stuck in a tree"

"Woon Jae! There are three injured students"

"Woon Jae!!"

"What?!"Woon Jae snapped back "Can't you see that I'm busy?Why can't you just follow my request.You've followed the few hundreds I've already given why can't you follow this one?!"The boy looked at him afraid and so was I

His fire literally burning with his fury. his ability is that he can control fire so it's no surprise that he suddenly ignited in front of me

I've never seen Woon Jae snap like this before he's usually so calm and collected "Woon Jae"I said he turned to me with an angry look in his face

He frowned when he saw my expression "I-Im sorry..I"He looked at me then at the boy he just shouted at before running as fast as he could away from us"Woon Jae!"The boy called out I stopped him from going after him

"It's okay, go and fix the problem you're having I'll go after Woon Jae"

It took me a while but I was able to find him in the tower built in beside the main building

"Hey"I said as I watched Woon Jae's peaceful figure sitting in the edge staring at nowhere. I sat beside him and looked at the sky "It's a beautiful view isn't it?"

"I'm sorry"He apologized I turned my whole body to face him his gaze meeting with mine "You don't have to be sorry"

"I fell like I have to.My emotional outburst was uncalled for and it frustrates me that I let it happen"He complained his face filled with anger of himself his hands were shaking is he shopping himself from crying?

I patted his back when he turned to me I gave him a hug "It's fine"I assured him I could feel his body shaking "You're human right?"I asked as I broke the hug "What do you mean?"Woon Jae asked confused "You're human right?"I repeated "Yes?Well technically"He replied

"Then that means that you also have imperfections.Everyone snaps every once and a while because we are all human.Magical or non magical we still have emotions and it's hard to control them sometimes"I said looking over at him I smiled when I saw that he stopped shaking

He looked at me then asked "Have you ever lost your temper once?..Lilibeth?"He called me by just my name

I smiled "Of course I have"I replied "Did it make you feel frustrated?"He added "Yes, but there's no point on being a baby about it. We just have to move on and do better next time it's a part of growing up"

"Don't you agree?"He smiled and nodded leaning in closer rested his head on my shoulder "I completely agree with you, Thank you Lilibeth"

I felt happy at this moment.Me and Woon Jae watched the sunset disappear after it did he took me back to my dorm hand in hand "We made it"He said "Luck for you I didn't burn you alive"He joked

"I guess you could call me your fire extinguisher"I proudly said he looked at me raising a brow "I know that was cheesy"I admitted

He smiled before breaking into a laugh "Don't worry it was funny"Woon Jae whispered giving me a wink. God that made my heart go Doki Doki for a second

"It's getting late.You should head in now"He said snapping me from my trace "A-aH right"I stuttered "Goodbye!"I said with a wave Woon Jae smiled waving back "Good night, Lilibeth"

I made my way inside and wasn't surprised when I saw the four of them standing in front of the door "Care to tell us what happened?"Jamil asked raising her eyebrow at me weirdly

"Fine, let me just grab my fake glasses and empty notebook so I could pretend that I'm reading you a story"

"I think we're lost"

I suddenly woke up in the middle of the night there was a bright light emitting from the sides of the door.Me being stupidly curious I got out of bed and went to check it out

When I opened it there was a lady standing just across me.She looked dead I slammed the door stepping away from the door when my back suddenly hit something....

I felt hands brushing my elbows causing chills to run down my spine.I looked over to where Jamil was sleeping to ask for help but she was gone

"Wake up lilibeth"someone whispered behind my ear "Wake up"

They kept repeating "Stop"I pleaded they continued speaking their hands traveling up to my head "Stop!"I screamed

Their fingernails grew as they slowly dug in my flesh "Aah!Stop!"I ached feeling my sweat falling down my head mixing with the blood that trickled down from my fresh wounds the pain increasing as their nails continued to dig down my flesh

"STOP!"

I woke up from a dream that felt so real it was scary. I looked around me to see that everything was normal I calmed down my heart beat slowly relaxing "It's just a dream"
