Funeral

DEMI P.O.V.: The next morning, I woke up to see a sleepy Eric at my side, I caressed his head and stood up looking for his clothes, I needed to take him to the funeral, even tho I'm nothing but an ex friend of Simon, I want to help them.

Demi: wake up little boy (he opened his eyes)

Eric: what happens?

Demi: we're going to say goodbye to your mommy

Eric: it is going to be a sad place

Demi: oh no, believe me...after saying goodbye to your mommy, she's gonna be moved to a really pretty park

Eric: really?

Demi: yes (I helped him change his clothes and we went to the funeral, there wasn't too much people, once I entered holding Eric's hand I saw Simon crying next to the, now dead, Lauren Silverman)

Eric: daddy

Simon: baby, what are you doing here? (He held him in his arms crying)

Eric: don't cry dad, mom is going to be always with us...here (he touched his father's heart and Simon smiled a bit)

Simon: who told you that?

Eric: she did (he pointed at me and Simon's eyes went wide)

Simon: I didn't knew you were here

Eric: she stood with me all night in the hospital daddy

Simon: you really did that? (I nodded) son, why don't you go find uncle Harry? He's outside

Eric: I will, but I need to say goodbye to mommy (the little boy kissed his mother's cheek) I love you mom, and I always will (after that, he ran out of the room, leaving bith of is alone)

Simon: everything was so fast, I couldn't even say goodbye to her (he started sobbing and I hugged him sitting at his side)

Demi: things like this happens Simon...it was nobody's fault, it was fate, everything's gonna be okay

Simon: I didn't want her to die, I love her so much

Demi: I know, but you have to be strong to take care of Eric

Simon: did you stay with him last night at the hospital?

Demi: he was almost alone so yeah, I told Miley and Selena to go home and I slept with your son, he was so sad so I just told him some things

Simon: thank you Demi, it means, really, a lot

Demi: you're welcome (Eric entered the room. Some minutes later we were at the rest park, Fifth Harmony, Little Mix and One Direction members were here and me, only us...Everyone were paying attention  to the man reading the bible but Eric took my hand)

Eric: can you accompany me there? (He pointed a really beautiful tree and I nodded. He took my hand and we walked to the tree where we both sat and talked about how beautiful the sky looked) you're so kind Demi

Demi: you deserve it honey (he hugged me and Simon arrived next to us) I'm going home, if you need something...call me, at any hour, I'm here dor you both

Simon: thank you so much Demi, I don't know what would I do without your help at this rough time

Demi: it's nothing (I kissed Eric's forehead and Simon's cheek)

Simon: see you later?

Demi: see ya
