Malabo talagang walang magkagusto kay Archles. Bukod naman kasi sa gwapo s'ya, galing sa isang mayaman na pamilya at matalino ay mabait rin s'ya. Kaya walang duda na maraming nagkakagusto sa kanya dahil sa personalidad n'ya.

Hindi maiwasan ni Suzanne ang palihim na mapangiti sa iniisip. Ang hindi n'ya alam ay may pares ng mga matang nakatingin ngayon sa kanya at nakikita ang pagngiti n'ya.

Archles kept on explaining in his report and like a lovesick fool, Suzanne kept on listening to him with her eyes secretly sparkling for him. 

Hindi na nga n'ya pinansin ang pagkunot ng noo o ang seryosong pakikinig ng kanyang mga kaklase dahil sa pagkahaba-habang eksplenasyon sa pagsagot sa paggalaw ng inverted pendulum.

Dumako agad ang mga mata ni Archles kay Mark na ngayon ay nakataas na ang mga kamay.
"Yes, Gosiengfiao?" 

Bahagyang kumunot ang noo ni Suzanne. Woah. Ganito ba magtawagan ang magkaibigan sa isa't isa? Hindi first name basis? Sabagay, parang mas formal din naman kung apilyedo.
