~VERY IMPORTANT A/N~

Okay, first of all. How does this story have four thousand reads? (Update-- NEARLY SEVEN THOUSAND???)(Another update: ... Ten thousand. Thank you so much!) I was just writing this because I felt like it, and boom. Thank you so much for reading this, it means a lot to have people read my work. So thank you all!

As for the second item of business, the main reason I'm making this A/N, I am planning on revising and/or rewriting this entire work. Here are the things I'm changing and why:

-Song quotes will be added to the beginnings of each chapter. They will sum up the chapter and for whatever reason, whenever I read something and there's a quote before the actual chapter, the work feels a lot more sophisticated.

-The speaker tags will become less confusing. After some discussion with Everfox7, I've been enlightened of my occasional inability to write speaker tags that make sense. I will be fixing that.

-The "~Shorts~" chapter will be transferred into the other chapters. A lot happens in that chapter that would make the story run a lot smoother if they were actually in the story. Not to mention the fact that the story will be more seamless.

-A/Ns that don't apply anymore will be deleted. Again, this will help the story run smoothly and more seamlessly.

-Typos will be revised. I usually rush while writing this because I have a lot to say, and I'm sure there are many typos in this book that need to be fixed that I haven't noticed yet.

-Plot points will be fixed, more precise, and less confusing. When I started this book, I only had a mental outline of what I wanted to write. The only thing I had planned from the beginning was Y/N's death that happened in the previous few chapters. All the rest was just guessing. So I will be fixing those issues.

-The chapter numbers will be changed. I originally thought that this would be a two-three book series, but I changed my mind, and then it was arranged into parts. I've decided that I'm going to get rid of that, too. For example, the "~Epilogue~" chapter will become "~Chapter 21.5~" or whatever chapter it ends up falling on.

-There will be more variety in the points of view. Usually, I just stick to Y/N's POV, but looking back, I missed out on many opportunities to make the story better by not switching POVs.

-The beginning chapters will increase in length. When I started this story, I made sure every chapter was around one thousand words long. At this point, every chapter is around two thousand words long unless a lot happens, and then it could be more like four thousand. So I'll be increasing the beginning chapter's lengths to improve the quality of the writing. The more stuff you fit in, the better the writing can be.

-Take into consideration "show, don't tell". This is a personal issue of mine brought to attention by bookdork_. Often times, I used to just tell how a character feels rather than describe body language or facial expressions, which leads to less powerful writing.

-The dialogue will be more precise. Basically, I'll just be taking more dialogue from the TV show and book and using it in my story to create more parallels.

-General rewriting of sentences, paragraphs, and chapters. This one is pretty self-explanatory-- if I don't particularly like how something sounds, I'll rewrite it.

And that's what I'm planning on fixing. Some important notes are that every revised chapter will have an "R" after it and then the date it was revised. Instead of the chapter being called "~Chapter 1~", it will be called "~Chapter 1 (R 9/29/2019)~". This will help me keep track of what I've finished and help you know how close I am to being done, as well as help you know when I revised the chapter. The extra parentheses will be deleted once revising is complete.

I will also not be updating regularly until I've completed the revising process. I feel that if I do, I'll get distracted by continuing the storyline and be unable to keep revising.

When I'm done revising, there will be many changes, as you can tell from the list above. Some chapters will be combined together, more will be rewritten, a few might be added or deleted altogether. The story will be quite different. So you may find it helpful to re-read the book once the revising is finished, although you don't need to. You'll be able to figure it out as you go along, although it may prove to be helpful.

Any updates to the process will be added in this chapter with a date so you know how quickly (or slowly...) the procedure is happening.

Sorry if this is any kind of inconvenience for you... I'm just not happy with this yet because I'm unbelievably picky about my own writing. I'll try my best to be done with the revising as soon as possible and continue the story.

Thank you again for reading and understanding!

UPDATE: Hi... I'm back... I've stopped revising for a while because I just want to continue writing. I seriously suck at basic decision making, willpower, and determination. Umm. If you particularly want me to change or revise or rewrite a specific chapter, I'll get on that. Thank you for understanding my inability to follow through with things!
