i looked around the room. they all looked slightly scared.
wth was going on?
"about" i spoke first getting uncomfortable by the looks everyone was giving me.
"mel sit down" khail spoke in a calm voice that scared me even more
"no" i said back not sure about anything in this moment
"melody sit your ass down, we don't have time for this" trey spoke back clearly irritated with me
"then i suggest you talk" i said attitude all over my voice
"what ever man" trey said sitting down
"okay look mel i don't need you freaking out" khail said going in his desk
"we got sent this note a week ago. we didn't tell you because we anit know how serious it was until they sent this one this morning." khail said handing me the pieces of paper.
i looked down a read the first note.
"hello dear friend,
you must be working so hard on everything that you haven't even noticed the eyes i've
had you all for the past weeks. very cute family might i say. especially the quiet one"
my heart dropped. as i kept reading the last sentence. this can't be real right?
i quickly went to the next note
"keep those you love close. before you know it they can be gone. isn't that right melody."
"they fucking know me" i yelled dropping the papers
"we're on it mel trust me" khail said
"on it? really. if you were truly "on it" you would have dealt with this a week ago. this shit is going to far. i done"
i said storming out tears coming out.
i was pissed. how did i even get in the mix of this it made no since.
i got in my car a locked the doors just sitting there i soon say trey run out.
"mel open the door" he said banging on my window. i just unlocked it not having the energy to fight him.
as soon as he got in he pulled me into a hug
"i swear on my life they not gonna touch a hair on you" he promised
"you can't say that. they did it to dad. what make you think they won't do it to me?" i said looking at him
"look. i love you, you know that. you my baby and i swear if they even so much as fucking breath on you i'm killing them and every one they love. and if they do get you i swear i will make them pay. you gotta trust me and khail. you all we got and we anit letting you go that easily. and that a promise" he said and could see his face tighten when he said this.
"i love you big bro" i said hugging him
"i love you too" he said back "now come back in here so we can finish" he said and i nodded
today has been....
well i've had better days to say the least.
