i've lost
so many battles,
so many competitions,
so much confidence,
a couple of books,
much of my trust towards people,
a huge amount of care towards things,
so much good people,
my faith in humanity,
people that i love,
dogs that i grew to greatly love,
people whom i treated as friends but didn't treat me the same way,
and interests i used to love.
but now i'm afraid
so afraid
that i may lose you too.
and i don't and never want that to happen.
