-Percy-

It turns out I didn't get to eat the deer I had caught. It seemed me passing out and the visions had taken so much of my energy I didn't wake up until late morning. I groaned as I rubbed my eyes from the glaring light peaking through the tent. I smelt breakfast and my stomach seemed to agree that now was a good time to get up. I stood up from the bed ignoring the cracks of my bones and made my way to the dinner table.

"Look who's finally awaken. Sleeping beauty himself!" Thalia announced with a laugh. I was to tired to respond to her comment and roughly plopped down onto my chair. I wasted no time as I stuffed my mouth with the delicious food.

"Slow down there Percy. Don't want you passing out again do we." Atlanta said which caused all the hunters to giggle. Artemis even had a small smile on her face as she took a bite of an apple slice. Five minutes was all it took me to get a pound of food into my stomach. I sat back into my chair and let the food settle.

"How does he show up late to breakfast and still finish before us?" Another hunter Brianna I think her name was asked in shock.

"Because he is a pig!" Young Jackie said with a laugh. Everyone laughed at her joke including me, the girl was no older than eight but she seemed to be learning the ways of the hunters quicker than expected.

"Alright girls that's enough teasing on Percy. You seem to forget that he is an Olympian and such jokes will end up with punishment." Artemis said. It seems you girls might've actually made him mad enough for that to happen." The girls looked over to me who was still lying back in my chair in a delirious food daze.

"Huh?" I groaned out. Artemis pinches the bridge of her nose.

"I wanted you to continue with the joke and scare the girls Percy." Artemis deadpanned. I weaved my hand through my hair and stretched my back.

"Artemis to be honest with you I'm so tired and so full from food I have no fucking clue what's going on right now." I admitted. The girls giggled at my comment.

"Percy! We have young ones here!" Madison laughed covering Jackie's ears.

"Really!? How was I supposed to know. Some of you look no older than twelve but in reality are hundreds of years old!" The hunters gasped at my remark. My eyes widened as realization set in on what I had just said.

"Are you calling us old Percy?" Atlanta questioned while not so subtly twirling her dagger. I didn't respond to her question and very, very slowly got out of my chair. It seemed all the girls were waiting for my response.

"Yes." I finally said and jumped out of my chair and ran for my life. The girls yelled out in shock and began to chase after me. I turned around to find Artemis was the only one not chasing me but she did have a smirk on her face like when she was wanting prey. I ran around the camp eluding the girls. I hid in trees, bushes, whatever I could hide in to escape the hunters wrath. I was currently hiding in a bush, making sure to hunker down when a hunter ran past.

"Oh how the mighty have fallen. Even a Olympian such as yourself fears us hunters." A voice said from behind. I slowly turned around with a look like a deer caught in between headlights.

"Now Artemis." I said slowing getting up with hands raised in surrender. "We can talk about this."

"Hm." Artemis pondered with a hand on her hip and one on her chin. "No, No I don't think we can." She said and suddenly slashed out with her twin hunting knives. I yelped as I quickly brought out Riptide and parried her strike. I was able to block her strikes thanks to years of experience and God like reflexes. Yet Artemis was a blur and seemed to only get quicker with her strikes. My only option was to continue with my defensive pose but I could only do it for so long until Artemis found a opening. One of her knives nicked me in my shoulder slightly but it was enough to draw ichor.
