"Who are you?"

"I...I don't know."

"Do not forget yourself. That's how all great men fall."

"What do you mean?"

"Forgetfulness is something not to be trifled with. Remember that always."

Percy gasped as he stumbled back from the Lethe. Riptide hummed with power as it was drenched with now three of the five rivers. Percy could literally feel it vibrating in his hand.

"Lord you're ok! I thought the water got to you." Rex said to his side.

"It almost did. It's power is something I can barely withstand." He admitted. He can only imagine what the final two rivers must be like.

"Lord let's get going. We only have two rivers left." Rex said walking away. Percy jogged to catch up with him as he examined his sword.

"I also have to find the armor of Hades."

"Uh. Lord what do you mean?"

"The whole reason I'm down here is for the sword and the armor of Hades. Hades himself sent me on this quest." Percy responded

"Lord the armor of Hades isn't down here. Hades has it." Rex admitted. This caused Percy to stop in his tracks.

"No it has to be down here. He even showed me a vision of it."

"What did it look like Lord?" Rex asked.

"It was all black with orange trimmings. It also had a silver Spartan face mask. Percy said. Rex put a finger to his chin and shook his head.

"Lord that's not the armor of Hades. I know for a fact that it isn't." Rex said as they continued walking.

"Then..Then what is it! Because I've better not gone down here for nothing." Percy said with anger.

"Lord. That's the armor of Tartarus himself." Rex said which caused Percy to choke a little bit on the non existent air.

"Are you sure."

"Positive. I've heard descriptions of it from the ancient monsters who seen the armor. Lord the armor has been mission for thousands of years. There's no possible way you could find it."

"Well figure this out later. Let's just finish up these last two rivers and we will decide from there." Percy said capping riptide and quickening his pace. It took them almost three hours to arrive at the next river. The Cocytus. The river of the wailing. Percy really didn't want to deal with this type of power but he needed to get more power. He needed to end Moros if he wanted to save the world.

"Lord do you hear that?" Rex said with a quiver in his voice. Percy stood still and let the noice fill his ears. There was nothing at first. Deadly silent which surprised him considering this was Tartarus. But then he heard it. Whispers. The most silent of whispers that you could barely hear that made you question your sanity. "Lord I..I don't know if you should put your sword in that river. It's power is frightening. Even to me." Rex said backing away. Percy uncapped riptide and stared that the silver greyish water.

"I have to." Percy said in an almost trance like state. Rex was about to grab him but Percy stabbed his sword into the water. Immediately Percy fell to a knee and gasped. He could feel the power pulsating through his sword and up his body. Percy's mouth opened into a silent scream as he felt the despair and sadness from the water overtake him.

"Lord Perseus. My sisters have told me you've visited their waters." A soft almost nonexistent voice spoke to him. Percy grasped his head because even though the voice was soft it caused pain to flare inside his head. "You've been able to withstand their power. Can you withstand mine." The voice asked as he was hit with a maddening wave to sorrow. He could feel his sanity being ripped away as the emotions filled his mind.
