I was catching my breath after our long and deep kiss. Sobrang kaba at sobrang kabog na ng dibdib ang naramdaman ko lalo na nang hinalikan niya muna ang tip ng nose ko bago lumayo ng kaunti.
My heart doubled when I saw his red and swollen lips because of me.

Inangat ni Warner ang kamay niya mula sa bewang ko papunta sa buhok ko; he removed the hair that has gone on my face before wiping my tears away. Pagkatapos noon ay tinitigan niya ‘ko ng mariin.
I felt my cheeks heated. “Uh, let’s go inside?” I asked awkwardly.
What now? Nakakahiya... sa public place ko pa talaga naisipan sabihin sakanya! And my friends are not that far away from us. Pa’no kung nakita nila lahat?
“I don’t like seeing you cry,” he softly said while fixing my messy hair.
Hindi ko mapigilang mapangiti. “Ikaw naman may kasalanan.”
The sides of his lips went up slowly, nakita ko na naman ang amazing dimples niya na na-miss ko. “You were the one who rejected me.”
Sumbatan ba ‘to?
“You were the one who dated another girl after confessing to me,” I sarcastically butted that made him grin widely.
“It’s a meeting, not a date.”
“Meeting pero hindi ako kasama, ang assistant mo?” I rolled my eyes. “Don’t shit me.”
He barked a low and hard laugh, that I haven’t heard in ages, and continued fixing my hair. “I only went out with her because my cousin, Eleen, asked me to.”
“Friend niya?” I asked curiously.
He shook his head. “Rival. Eleen is just using me to distract her rival.”
“It’s a business tactic?” My eyes squinted at him, watching him closely.
Pwede ko naman itanong kay Cyran mamaya kung nagsasabi siya ng totoo.
“It is a business tactic.” He nodded.
Parang ang sama ng gan’on. Kaso parang wala lang kay Warner ang ginagawa niyang panloloko.
I suddenly feel kind of bad for Kelly. Kakausapin ko na lang si Warner mamaya tungkol dito. I don’t want to ruin the mood just yet.
The mood feels perfect.
He held my hand and guided me to start walking beside him by the shore. Pinipilit kong h’wag ngumiti kaso hindi ko talaga mapigilan!
I’m feeling giddy! Ang gaan ng pakiramdam ko. Parang ang saya-saya…
“Saan tayo pupunta?” I asked softly.
“Far away from your friends’ prying eyes.”
I gasped. “Pinapanood nila tayo?” Nag-init ang buong mukha ko at alam ko na mamaya pagbalik ko sa hotel room ay pupunuin ako ng asar nila Sara!
Oh shit. This is so embarrassing!
“Bakit ka pala sumama pa? We were in a fight, I expected you won’t come with us,” I told him.
