I jump onto my bed with my comfy pj's on, getting my phone out to respond to Dylan's text message,
Me:
So by any chance you free this weekend?
I press send and wait for a response, it's been a while and there still hasn't been a response, getting fed up of waiting, I head downstairs to get something to eat.
Did dad even stock up?

I quickly grab my phone out from my pocket,
Jayden:
You want McDonald's?
Ugh!
I quickly send a yes and place my phone back in my pocket, instead of going upstairs, I take a seat on the couch.

Well, you see... I need you to go on a triple date with me, so it's like a double date with another couple but this time it's with 2 other couples
Cringing, I throw my phone away to the other side of the room.
I hate this
I want to turn to ashes

I slowly reach for it as it buzzes, you can do this, I touch the phone, no I can't!
"What the hell are you doing?" Jayden's figure stands above me, a bag in his hand as he watches me in confusion.
"There was one of those scary pop-ups?" I lie, quickly reaching for my phone but not looking at the message.
He shakes his head in disappointment, "anyways drama queen, dad and Josh are gonna be late so I brought dinner," he holds up the McDonald's take away bag.
"You know I could've just cooked," rolling my eyes, I grab one bag. But this does sound better.
He shrugs his shoulders, "effort and we still need to go grocery shopping," he says and disappears upstairs leaving his bag on the table.
Ok, I'm ready!
But before texting back, I remember to change Dylan's contact name to something random,
The soap company:
Sure...
But I get to pick the place and plan it.

I find that quite suspicious
The soap company:
This whole situation is suspicious but now you owe me a favour 😊

The soap company:
