Chapter 4

Alyssa's P. O. V

What? Chelsea? How could Chelsea tell me that?
This voice doesn't belong to Chelsea, it belongs to a lady or a teenager.
Then suddenly mom came down.

"Hey kids, what are you doing?" Mom asked.
"And who are those?"
"Those are my friends, Rose and Liam." I introduced them to mom.

"Nice to meet you Mrs..." Liam said but he remembered that he don't know mom's name.
"Emily. You can call me Mrs. Em." Mom replied.

"It's a pleasure meeting you, Mrs. Em." Rose smiled politely as she got up.
"Nice to meet you too." Mom smiled back. "Come on and have dinner with us."

We got out of the cellar and sat down on the dinning table with mom and dad.
The dinner was ready, it was spaghetti and meatballs.
My favorite meal.

I grabbed my fork and started eating the spaghetti.
It's delicious.
When I was enjoying eating dinner, I suddenly saw a white solid object. I looked closely and when I saw what it was, I screamed and stood up.

I just ran towards the bathroom to puke.
There was an eye in my food. That's so disgusting!
I slammed the door behind me and started puking in the toilet. Who put an eye in my dinner?!

"Alyssa? What happened?" Mom shouted from outside.
I couldn't reply because I was still puking.

I realized that what I've been puking was black.
After I finished, I stood up and wiped my mouth off.
I looked at myself in the mirror, I looked pale.
My bun was messy and my lips were blue.

"Alyssa? Are you OK? " Chelsea asked me, knocking on the door.
"Yeah I'm, sweetie. Go and eat your dinner." I retorted.

I started washing my face because I wanted to feel refreshed.
When I glanced at myself in the mirror once again, my face was covered in blood. I gasped and looked down at my hands and they were red with blood.

The sink was fully-loaded with blood.
I stepped back and fell down, I crawled backwards until my back hit the door.

And also the lights went off.
I was breathing heavily.
The dim light that came from outside, made me see a girl in the bathtub. I could see that her hair was pitch black and her skin was as white as snow.

"Violets are blue, roses are red
My baby girl, let me put you in bed"

She kept singing the same lullaby.
Then she stood up and started walking towards me.
Not really walking but crawling.

I started screaming at the top of my lungs as I stood up and tried unlocking the door but it didn't budge.
The girl touched my leg and left a bruise on it.

"Mom!!!" I squealed as loud as hell but no-one heard me.
I started coughing up blood abruptly, I kept pulling hair strands out of my mouth.
What's happening to me?!

"Alyssa? Are you OK?" mom asked me.
"Open the door!" I screamed.

Everyone tried opening the door but it didn't budge.
Dad kicked the door and finally it was open.

"Alyssa, my dear! What happened?" Mom said worriedly as she ran towards me and hugged me.
"S-she was.. Here." I sobbed.
"Shh. There's no one here." Mom said comfortingly.

What happened to me was something I have never experienced in my whole life.

When I glanced at Chelsea, her eyes were red and she was evilly smirking.
I could hear her mumbling the same lullaby over and over again.

For a brief moment, I felt afraid of Chelsea.
But she's my sister and I won't let anything happen to her.
Even if it's Judy or not.
I'll save Chelsea.
