27) A Year

One year later.

Since Elena asked me that question, she's been highly suspicious about my relationship with her husband, Liam.
Yes. I wouldn't say, that I don't feel a lot attracted to Liam, but the idea of having anything to do with him, proves to be fatal.

I was at the breakfast table with Andres when Liam passed. I couldn't stop myself from staring at him.

"Hey, nanny Sara,?"
Elena shouted, she caught me stealing glances at her husband.

"Do you need anything Elena,?".
I left the breakfast table.

She saw my eyes still perched on Liam, which got her angry
"No, never mind,".
She said. She grumbled while leaving.

Meanwhile. I left to drop Andres off at school.
In my absence, Elena walked both Tatiana and Mike to her bedroom.
"Hey! You sent for us,". Mike said, he rode ahead, and following behind was Tatiana. She shuts the door.

"Yes! Because I need your help,?".
Elena answered back.
"What kind of help,?". Tatiana was interrogated.
Elena looks at her and chuckled.
"I want you both to help me, eliminate, Sara Scott, and trust me, this isn't a request but an order,"
She said. She gave pressure on her hands.
Mike unhurriedly faces Tatiana and she did.
They both shared the same look.

(8:00 pm)

A few hours later, Liam called me on the phone.
"Hey sir,". I said, holding him at the other end of the call.
Liam chuckled a little.
"Sara, can you please do me a favor, ?".
He says. From the phone, I listened to his heavy breathing.
"Sure sir, what can I do for you, ?".
I questioned. I sat on the bed.
"Nothing much, but I want you to come to meet me at my hotel room right now, I'll send the address,".
He said.
He disconnects the call immediately.

I'm curious, why does Liam want me in his hotel room?
