Part 6

After hanging up, Lisa put out her smoke and reached up, cracking her stiff neck.

"Dinner time." Seulgi carefully set the dishes on the table and called out to her friend who was still smiling like a crazy woman.

"Oh, coming."

DuDuDu!

She hadn't even taken two steps yet and her cell phone rang again. This time it was her brother, Bambam.

"You must be busy." Seulgi teased but didn't eat and instead pulled out a chair for Lisa.

"Hello, brother."

"Lisa, have you seen the news yet? You and the little lady have become famous!" Bambam sullenly said, he never expected that his sister would steal his limelight even on his wedding day.

"What? What news?" Lisa frowned. She had no clue what her brother was talking about.

"So, it sounds like you don't know yet." Bambam quickly sent her a video: "Someone posted a video of your marriage proposal on the Internet. Here, take a look."

Lisa swiped it open, and although the video quality was poor, one can still see the two main subjects. Not to mention, both of them were beautiful, so there was a staggering amount of views. With the small number of beauties in this small city, their identities would most likely be found out sooner or later.

However, Lisa didn't care. She even thought this might be good publicity for her restaurant. But Jennie.....

"Is everything okay?" Seulgi had watched Lisa's face slowly turn pale and couldn't help asking.

"Brother, do you have a friend that is a hacker or tech expert? This video needs to be taken down immediately." Lisa frowned, she had just remembered that today's event, to the average person, was more exciting than a regular tv drama, so it could possibly get out of hand.

And since Jennie is a teacher, she couldn't allow such a stain on Jennie's record.

Bambam froze. This unexpectedly serious side of his little sister was a rare sight to see: "Of course I can help, but with how popular this video is, you better be prepared for some trouble."

"I know." Lisa bit her lower lip, she didn't want to cause any troubles for her innocent Jennie, "Oh, right, can you bring me a change of clothing? I'm staying over at Seulgi's place."

Bambam smiled on his side: "Did you forget that today was my wedding? It's time for the wedding festivities, why would I go over there? Also, why are you at Seulgi's place?"

"Because Jennie's home is over here." Lisa said straightforwardly and bluntly hung up the phone.

Bambam looked down at his phone and felt a little worried. Was it okay for his sister to care so much about someone she barely knows? Although he did help her with the proposal, it was only because the Manoban family allowed their children to marry anyone they wished, as long as they loved them. However, he wasn't quite sure if his sister proposed because she wanted to help Jennie or genuinely fell in love. After all, his sister's naturally kind personality was nothing to scoff at.

"What happened?" Seulgi was even more worried as her friend's mood worsened.

Did she discover that Jennie had plotted a devious scheme against her? Was her friend regretting the marriage now?

Lisa glanced at Lin Duo and then passed her cell phone over.

Seulgi took it curiously, and then watched the video before teasing: "This a really good show! In this type of situation, you actually pulled off a proposal and succeeded!"
