Hearing this, Lisa immediately sobered up and thought for a moment before answering, "Give them a 20 percent discount, and also make sure to send in some staff to check in on her every so often. Don't let anybody take advantage of her."

Jackson couldn't suppress a smile when he heard those words. His boss was just being too careful. Those were educated and hardworking teachers, not some unruly savages. "Is there anything else I should do?"

Lisa rolled around on her bed and then said: "Go out and buy some fresh fruits, then arrange it in a platter."

Knowing Jennie's strict habits, she probably wouldn't eat much of the spicy hot pot, probably not even a bite. However, she didn't know how to cook, and fruits during this season were rather rare. She fretted and worried, this was the only thing she could think of to help Jennie feel more comfortable.

Meanwhile, being mindful of everybody's unique tastes, Mr. Hu ordered the half-n-half (TN: Half spicy and half regular) hot pot. However, Jennie only ate a few vegetables, taking small bites from her bowl of rice. She would also only say a sentence or two from time to time.

"Dear customers, this is our special Christmas fruit platter, on the house. Please enjoy it."

"Thank you." Teacher Hu took a slice of watermelon, took a bite and praised: "It's really delicious! The customer service at this place is really good too, you can even get fresh watermelons during this time of the year.

Looking at the fruit platter, Jennie had other thoughts swirling in her mind.

"Teacher Kim, looks like I'll be only sending you back today. Ms. Chen's husband came to pick her up." Mino walked over to her and smiled.

Jennie frowned, thought of an excuse, and then smiled as well: "My wife will also pick me up, so I won't be bothering Teacher Xu."

Naturally, she was lying. Mino's place was very far from her home, so it was rather embarrassing to have him drive her all the way, just to drop her off. Furthermore, he was still an unmarried man, so it was rather improper to drive her home. This way, she was saving them both unnecessary trouble.

Mino';s expression changed a bit. He already knew that Jennie had married another woman, at least temporarily. However, he wouldn't believe that Jennie would've fallen for someone else so quickly, there must be circumstances he didn't understand,

"If that's the case, then I'll be going first. Stay safe." Seeing her say all this, Mino couldn't say anything more, but a new idea sprung up in his heart.

Lisa lay on the bed for a little longer before finally deciding to quickly change her clothes and put on some makeup. She didn't believe that with Jennie's level of attractiveness, that none of her colleagues had certain thoughts towards Jennie. Thinking like this, she picked the darkest shade of lipstick.

It didn't matter if there was a person like that or not, using her own looks and figure, she had to make sure the person she wants doesn't get taken away.

Going out, the evening was still early and the Christmas atmosphere was thick in the air. From time to time, she would see a couple kissing under the mistletoe or a Christmas tree. Seeing this, Lisa bit her lips. She felt envious. When will she be able to kiss Jennie? Thinking about those beautiful and tempting lips, Lisa felt her mouth was dry and her entire body grew hot. She shook her head and shifted her clothes, the winter cold rushing in, causing her originally red face to turn pale.

"I must be crazy," and she quickly fixed her clothes again.

"What are you going to give me as a Christmas present?"
