Meanwhile, Jennie and the other two were kicked out of the room with the jar of wine. They glanced at each other, none of them had an idea of what was happening.

Seulgi originally wanted to have some fun and then leave, but now she was worried about Lisa. It was obvious that even Jennie knew little about her grandfather, but she had to try. Thinking like this, she walked over to Jennie and took the jar of wine out of her hands.

"What the hell is going on?"

"I'm sorry, I-I don't know either." Jennie lowered her head, a tight frown on her face. She was still sweating from the climb earlier and her brain was a mess. Sung Dong-il in her memories rarely interacted with strangers and preferred to isolate himself in his study to read. He seemed to know Lisa but Lisa had never met him. Just what is going on? Could it be that Sung Dong-il had seen Lisa when she was a child but Lisa did not remember it?

Seulgi raised an eyebrow and looked Jennie up and down. She couldn't find a hint of a lie in her body language and there was only a tense, strained expression on her face. She patted Jennie's shoulder gently but did not speak.

"The two of them are speaking in hushed voices. I can't hear anything." Irene was lying on the floor, trying to eavesdrop through the crack at the bottom of the door but still couldn't hear anything. With no choice, she walked back to them and even received an eye roll from Seulgi that made her clench her teeth.

Ten minutes later, Lisa still hadn't come out yet. Jennie's face was pale and she felt uneasy as time continued to fly by. Finally, she lost all reason and let emotion take over as she knocked on the door. She didn't know why she was feeling afraid, but her instincts were screaming at her to do something.

The door groaned under her knocks and Sung Dong-il appeared at the door, a strong stench of alcohol on his body.

Sung Dong-il stared at them and then said to Jennie: "Miss Manoban is drunk, you should go take care of her."

Jennie heard his words and hurried inside. Lisa was lying on the table, sleeping soundly. There was an abnormal amount of red on her face and she was muttering something under her breath. Jennie walked over and patted her gently on the shoulder.

Lisa mumbled and shifted a little, but her eyes did not open. Jennie had no choice but to wrap Lisa's arms around her neck and lifted her. However, no matter how thin Lisa is, she was still a full-grown adult and Jennie could barely lift her up from the chair.

Seulgi and Irene also hurried over to help. Seulgi was very clear about Lisa's alcohol tolerance and guessed that the alcohol content was too high for her to become this drunk. She glanced at the wine in the jade glass next to her and could tell that Lisa had drunk quite a bit.

"You should take Miss Manoban to her room and rest up." Sung Dong-il didn't give them a second glance as he turned around, leading them towards the bedrooms.

Jennie originally thought that the accommodations would be relatively simple, but other than the bedroom being a little small, it was equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom with running water, and several other necessary toiletries.

The three carried and dumped Lisa on the bed and still, Lisa continued to sleep soundly without waking up. One could tell that the wine must be really good to have this result on her.

Seulgi glanced around the room and thought it would be fine to leave her friend to sleep here for one night. Looking at her watch, she saw it was time to go and signaled towards Irene to leave. They had to leave now or else it would be too dark to see soon.

"Then, Cousin, we're leaving first"

"En. Ok." Jennie escorted the two outside and then said to the frowning Seulgi, "Don't worry, I will take care of her."
