MAGNUS' APARTMENT

Magnus opens his apartment door to see Liz and Jasper carry an almost unconscious Luke. He quickly beckons then to enter. Clary and Jace follow. Simon enters as well.

Magnus look over at Luke. "What happened?"

"He was attacked!" Simon tells him.

"He needs a warlock. He needs you." Clary pleads with him.

"Put him here." He clears the couch to make space.

"Where are you..." Luke mumbles in his slumber

"Luke." Clary calls out for him.

"I can't find you. Where are... where are you? Where are you?"

Luke sees a vision of him searching for Jocelyn in a park. on the base of Luke's neck, there is mark of the Circle, the circle rune. "Jocelyn! Where are you? Jocelyn! Jocelyn! Where are you?"

Jocelyn appears in front of him. "Where I always was."

"I missed you."

"I'm here now. I've been waiting for you. But I can't stay."

"Why?" the man asks the dream version of Jocelyn in front of him.

"You know why."

"Tell me how to get you back." he asks desperately.

"Clary's the key. You have to help her. You have to unlock her. Tell her everything."

"I can't." Luke shakes his head in denial.

"You have to, or she'll never find the Cup. She has to find the Cup." Jocelyn takes his hands in hers.

"To save you?"

"No. To stop Valentine."

"Jocelyn!" Luke calls out for her as she starts to disappear.

"Help her." She says before she completely disappears.

Luke is alone again in the park

"Wait!"

"Jocelyn! Jocelyn..." Luke calls out for her in his slumber.

"No, Luke, it's Clary. Can you hear me?" The girl shakes him.

"Clary, listen to me. Listen... you have to listen to me. I have to tell you, just in case—" he stuggles to speak.

"No, don't even say it, don't—"

"No, listen to me."

"Luke." Clary whimpers.

"No, you need to know! Listen—"

"Was he bitten by an alpha?"Agnus asks Clary as he prepares the ingredients for his cure.

"Yeah, why?" Simon tells him.
