The first group in my line stepped forward and introduced themselves, getting an autograph(?) and asking me a few small questions about the show that I couldn't really answer, because I had no idea we were a show until hours ago.

Group after group came forward before heading over to the refreshment stand of some other line.

It was odd, because I had expected really gothic, creepy people to be the ones interested in the show, but everyone was surprisingly bubbly and warm.

Still, I couldn't help but wonder why we were still doing this when we could easily just book it out of here.

I glanced over at my friends' stands, Susie smiling and joking with this blond girl, Sammy just signing the papers like it was an office job, and The ink demon having loads of people gawk at him while he signed a kids paper with a slightly friendlier version of his signature grin.

After a few more conversations I stood up from my stand and headed over to the ink demons table, my line being empty at the time.

I gently pushed around the bodies almost at his stand when someone stood in my way. I glanced up at the average looking brunette, moving to her other side. She moved too.

Every movement I made, the woman blocked in return, me no longer able to see Bendy amongst the crowd.

She grabbed my arm and I froze up, the woman now bending down to whisper in my ear, a small glint of a shank shining in her pocket. "What's a pretty little toy like you doing out here?"

I flinched, desperately hoping a security guard would notice and pull this lady away from me. "Please let go, I have to be somewhere.."

"It'll be quick, lets just go back behind the stage and have a little fun. It'll teach you not to sass to me."

My stomach churned. "I have to g-go." I want to throw up so badly.

"I'm sure no one will miss your insignificant a-"

"HEY!"

I flinched as the lady paused, acting dumb, the knife scratching my skin lightly as she whipped it out. "Are you talking to me?"

I could now see the ink demon now shoving through the crowds, heading directly for this woman. "YEAH YOU, THE LITTLE SLUT WHO'S TRYING TO FUCK WITH MY BOYFRIEND! WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!"

The woman was panicking; hastily shoving the shank back into her pocket as the demon's hand clamped down on her shoulder with such ferocity that she almost fell to the ground.

She put her hands up defensively, stammering as it became clear to her that this wasn't some guy in a suit, it was a real demon who was thoroughly pissed off.

The rest of the crowd was now staring bug eyed at Bendy, ink now coating his entire face as he dragged the woman to the exit, the people moving out of the way as he literally threw her over the metal barriers.

She lay befuddled in the road as the security came over and scooped her up, no doubt taking her to the hospital and then the cops hopefully.

The demon ran a hand through its ink. A huff escaped his sharpened teeth as he picked me up and headed back to his stand to continue the signing.

I held the demon tight as he headed back to his desk, but instead of sitting down he apologized. "I'm going to be gone for a bit, so you can go do something else until I get back."

Without waiting for a response he headed over to the refreshment stand, other people thankfully giving us space. He sat me down and handed me a cup of water, before sitting down beside me, his claws digging into the grass.

I pressed the plastic cup to my lips with shaking hands, choking down the ice cold water.

"Did that bitch cut you? I swear if that mother fucker cut you I'll slit her throat!"

The cold seeped through the cup and into my fingers. "No- no, I'm alright... but..I really thought no one was going to help me..." I ran a hand through my hair. "Why didn't I scream? Why didn't I ask for help..?"

The demon paused, clearly still pissed at what happened but tried to be reassuring. "Ya were just caught off guard Henny, neither of us were considering that a low life scum might try tah get at my property."

My hands were numb from the cold along with the rest of me as I placed the cup back on the table. It was a nice day, the wind rustling through the grass gently as me and Bendy sat there. For some reason I was calm, no, more like numb.

A shadow suddenly appeared over me, pushing away the warm sunlight. "I didn't tell you guys you could have a break! Get the hell back to your stands!"

Bendy stood up, spikes raised, looking ready to throw down. "Don't you DARE talk to us like that EVER again. I'm already this-" The demon's fingers were practically touching as he demonstrated. "-close to killing you. Don't forget who's really in charge here."

Joey retreated and I couldn't help but snort and raise my eyebrows as the demon helped me up. "I guess we should go back to our stands then.."

He smirked and I could tell he rolled his eyes. "Yeah, but first we gotta fix your location."

We headed back over to my stand, the ink demon picking the small table up with ease and hauling it over next to his.

"There. Just like how it should have been in the first place~" He smirked, sitting down and immediately having paper shoved on his desk to sign.

My line was nowhere near as big as the ink demons, especially after that big fiasco. Occasionally someone would come up to me and we'd have a drawing contest or a small chat, but those were rare.

After another hour of meeting rando's, the sun began to set and Joey huffed up the wooden stairs onto the large stage.

A screech came from the microphone as he clicked it on. "Hello viewers! I hope you enjoyed this wonderful meet & greet we've put together for you tonight! It is with great sorrow that I have to tell you that we'll be very soon, but you will be able to purchase merchandise at the tables near the gate as you leave."

Joey then clambered back down the stairs, and before anyone could object or leave, the ink demon stood up from his chair and started for the stage.

Susie and Sammy stared at me, as if asking what the hell the demon thought he was doing.

I didn't have a chance to shrug before the microphone screamed back to life.
