Chapter 26

Elliott pov

"Come on Ellie were gonna be late"her small hand held onto mine dragging me outside of my room

"Alright Princess we wouldn't want to be late would we" I chuckled as I tickled her then quickly picked her up.

"I can walk on my own Elli I'm a big girl" even she though was already getting comfortable in my arms.

"I know you can Bambina but your still my little baby to me" I kissed her head lightly walking her outside where everyone was already sitting on multiple blankets under the stars.

It had always been a family tradition to watch the stars and talk about everything that we were greatful for every Sunday in the first week of the first month almost like Thanksgiving but it was frequent and a reason to spend time with each other with our constant busy schedules it was the one time we could all be together between all us siblings while our parents slept. We'd all get into trouble if they knew we were awake on a school night.

"Look who finally made it" Vincent chuckled

"Shut up Vince"i sat down with my little Bambina still in my arms and I couldn't help but smile.

Something didn't feel right as it usually did in this moment but I couldn't put my finger on what the problem was I just let it go nothing would ruin our night.

"Let's start the Hunter Diarys of the week"Wyatt spoke as he munched on a pack of chips.

" I'll go first and this week I'm greatful for the annoying yet loving family that I have. I don't know where I'd be without you guys. And most off all I love my cupcake the most" August spoke kissing Josie head before moving to sit back down.

" I'm greatful for being able to be around you guys every day even if we're not always together I love that moments that we are together. And My little star has my heart always" Wyatt kissed her hand before moving to sit back down again.

"Well I guess it my turn huh even though most of you stole my creative the words I was gonna say. I just want to remind you guys of how amazing you guys are and how much I appreciate all of you and I love my Baby girl to the moon and back" Vincent placed a small charm bracelet around her arm before kissing her head lightly as she stared at it in awe.

"I swear you guys are gonna make me cry with all this sentimental shit but I love you guys for it so I just wanna say you guys are my life and I don't know how I'd cope without you guys your not just my best friends but my family but I love my Little Tesoro outta all you suckers" Aiden kissed her head.

"I guess it my turn now even though you guys can be pain except my Bambina of course I love all of you and I promise to love and protect all of you, you guys are my life line. But I still love my Bambina more than anything "I kissed her head before she stood up in my arms.

My bad feeling grew as she stood up from my arms walking to a nearby tree and pulling something out from the ground and hiding it behind the back.

"I love you guys more than anything but you keep hurting me it's not fair" she pouted as tears ran down her face.

"What are you talking about Baby girl" Vincent worriedly stood up ready to comfort her.

"SIT DOWN NOW" she yelled as she pulled a gun from behind her back.

We were all visibly shocked at the object in her hands and how she got access to it yet I mean yes there were guns around the house but it wasn't like they were in easy reach of her she was just a child she shouldn't have that.

"Cupcake put that down it's not a toy it's dangerous okay just put it down" August tried standing up to talk to her but that only fueled her anger.

" I told you to sit down none of you stand up I know it's a gun" She screamed as she set her finger on the trigger showing the urgency of the matter.

"Bambina whats going on"i sat placed in my spot not wanting to anger her even more.

"Why do you hate me so much huh always treating me like shit I'm a human you know I can also feel you know "she paced around in hysterics with tears never stopping as they rolled down her face.

It looked like she was having a breakdown of some sort I wanted no but to hold her in my arms and tell her everything was going to be okay but I couldn't and it broke my heart that I couldn't help her.

"Tesoro calm down baby what are you talking about we want to help you baby just talk to us and let go of the gun okay were here for you... we love you" Aiden spoke his voice was calm and soft trying to reassure her.

"Cupcake please just talk to use we want to help you please just let us be there for you" August tried just like each of us but failed at getting through her.

We hated seeing her like this but my heart raced even more when she brought the gun up to her head pointing it to herself and instant feeling of guilt ran through me even though I didn't know why.

How did we go from having the greatest night of our lives to what was happening now I couldn't understand why.

"Baby please were sorry for what ever we did to hurt you okay just tell us how to fix please" Wyatt protested as he slowly tried to approach her slowly without her noticing.

"Why do you hate me so much"with that she pulled the trigger with the gun close to her heart as she body slowly fell to the floor falling into wyatts arms when he catched her

She choked on her blood as her body went limp.

"Please wake up we need you please." Vincent begged hugged her body closer to him.

"I just wanted you to love me"She smiled for the last time

I felt like I couldn't breathe I had just lost my baby sister and I couldn't do anything about it.

I gasped for air as I woke up

It was all a dream
