Toby's Father: Rodin Hood Forgotten Disney characters
Toby's Father is a silent, minor character. All he wears is a pink hat and a pair of green shoes like Robin Hood. He is a competitor in Prince John's archery tournament. He didn't win at all, especially as Captain Crocodile announced the final contestants being the Sheriff of Nottingham and "the spindle-legged stork from Devonshire". He is later seen in jail feeding Otto.
