   "Whatcha doin up here?"

I asked Shawn after I had entered the tree house in the backyard, I had been looking for him for the past ten minutes and finally heard the guitar coming from outside.

He stopped strumming the acoustic guitar in his arms and met my gaze with a smile.

"Just using the studio. You know for putting all this work into it, I've only been up here a few times."

He told me with a laugh, I giggled and pulled up a chair to sit beside him.

   "Are you writing?"

I asked him, his eyes drifted to his hand, he strummed the strings lightly.

   "Ya, a little."

He told me, I smiled and let my eyes wonder around the room.

He had somehow had the placed furnished and it was quite nice and had a comfy vibe to it.

"What do you think?"

He asked after a quiet moment, I met his eyes and grinned.

"It's perfect."

I told him, he smiled and placed his guitar up against the nearest wall.

"Ya really think so?"

He asked, he stood from his chair and squatted down in front of me, his hands landed on my thighs seconds later.

"I really do..."

I whispered, I ran a hand through his hair and he sighed.

"You okay?"

He asked, I already knew he was referring to my Mom, I shyly nodded and bent over to kiss him lightly.

"Can we not talk about it?"

I asked him after I pulled back, he nodded and stood up straight.

Shawn grabbed my hands and pulled me to the black leather couch in the center of the large room.

We both took a seat and he wrapped his arms around my torso as he sat at my side.

Every now and then he'd lean over and kiss my cheek softly causing me to giggle.

"Shawn, I actually wanted to talk to you about something..."

I told him quietly after a few minutes, he shifted his position and turned so our faces were inches apart.

He pecked my nose lightly and smiled.

"What is it my princess?"

He asked, I sighed, I was finally going to bring up the moving out conversation.

I was nervous as hell, but it was what I wanted.

Plus I'd never know if Shawn wanted the same thing if I never asked.

So after a long quiet moment of debating how to word everything, I began.
