Rani stirred awake as the rays of the sun hit her face. She lay awake looking out her window and let out a happy sigh.
"You're finally awake" said a voice that brought butterflies to her stomach.
Marco stood leaning against the door of their bedroom watching her with a prominent smile on his face. Rani took in the sight of her hot shirtless boyfriend. His morning hair slightly coming down to his eyes and his pajama pants riding dangerously low on his hips.
"Are you checking me out?" He questions teasingly.
"What? Of course not" Rani said. Slightly blushing.
Marco made his way to the bed where his girlfriend sat and stared at her lovingly.
"Now whose the one staring huh?" Rani teased. Loving the way his cheeks turned pink at her comment. Marco jumped on her causing her to lay back down with him on top of her.
"I love you" Marco expressed and Rani's heart exploded. She always loved when he said those three special words to her and Marco loved saying them to his girlfriend.
A week later
Marco watched his girlfriend scurry around their house frantically checking to see if they had everything ready for their trip. The season had ended for summer break and they were now off to the Bahamas for vacation.
"Babe cmon we have to get going" Marco called out.
"Okay okay just making sure we have everything" She said breathlessly.
Marco groaned as she went back upstairs to check if she had put everything away and had everything they needed. So he just decided to sit and wait for her to finish.
"Finally" Marco mumbled as Rani came down the stairs and was ready to go.
After their long flight, they were finally settled into their hotel room with an eager Rani practically bouncing off the walls from excitement.
"C'mon babe let's go to the beach!" She exclaimed, already digging through her suitcase for her new bikini that she knew Marco would love.
Marco got up from the bed and went into the bathroom to change into the his swimming trunks. Even though he would rather stay at the hotel to take a much needed nap. What was that saying , happy wife happy life..
Marco looked at his reflection in the mirror and realized that this trip was the perfect opportunity to pop the question. He had purchased the perfect ring for his girl months ago but never had the right opportunity to officially ask her. Luckily for him, he carried the ring everywhere and had brought it with him on this trip. He had to stop himself from blurting out "will you marry me?" Multiple times but he knew he had to make it special for his special girl.
A knock on the door brought him out of his thoughts.
"Are you okay in there? I'm ready!" Rani said.
"Hold on woman, I'm coming" Marco yelled back.
Rani dragged Marco out of their room and didn't stop until they were at the beach. Once at the beach, Rani inhaled the breeze and all Marco could do was admire her beauty. Damn he was so lucky.
After playing in the water, Rani and Marco laid up on the beach admiring the beautiful view they had in front of them. Rani had gotten up and went to sit closer to the ocean. He saw her taking pictures and playing with the sand.
