As I walked out of my apartment at 8 in the morning, I knew today was going to be a great day. The weather was nice, I had made an amazing cup of coffee, and it was almost the weekend. Living in Barcelona was a dream come true and had been a spontaneous decision but the best decision I had ever made. Living in Brazil was okay but I wanted and needed more. So I left. After countless arguments with my parents, they finally accepted my decision and I was immensely grateful. I was now able to pursue my dreams of being a photographer and live in the city of my dreams.

Back home, I was always living in the shadow of my cousin Bruna. Yes, Bruna Marquezine. All my life, I was put on the back burner because of her. I was never taken seriously and was always told that I should be more like her so I could be successful. She is a beautiful model and actress but that was never my thing. I prefer to stay behind the scenes of things. After accompanying her to many events and photo shoots, I discovered my passion for Photography, and decided to take my chance in Barcelona. Since moving to Spain, I have been contacted by many magazines and companies to shoot for them and have also stepped foot in the celebrity world a little bit because of my work.

Being from Brazil and being related with Bruna and also being around Neymar, her boyfriend, has helped me become successful but that doesn't mean I got everything handed to me like some people think I did. That only made me work ten times harder so I could prove to everyone that I am successful because of my skills and not to brag but I take amazing photos that have been published so the whole world can see.

As everyone knows, Bruna and Neymar's relationship is like a never ending rollercoaster ride. One day they're a couple and the next they break up and don't speak to each other for months and now I was in the middle.

*1 YEAR AGO IN BARCELONA*

"Please? Come out with us tonight" Neymar asked, while flipping through channels on my television.

"No thanks, I have tons of pictures to edit that need I need to send my boss" I said.

"Y/N, just come for a couple hours. You need a break anyways." He said, looking at me.

"I don't know. You guys like to stay up so late and drink so much. I can't keep up with you guys"

I didn't even bother to look up at him when responding since I was too busy working on my lap top next to him but that wasn't a good idea. The ever so playful Neymar took my lap top and set it aside and tackled me down lying on top of me while still on the couch.

"What are you doing?" I asked, shocked.

"This is my way of convincing you. I'm not getting off until you say yes" he said teasingly.

"You're insane you know that?" I retaliated.

"Oh please, you like it." he said smirking.

I do. I like you.

I said in my head but of course he didn't know that and was too hung up on my cousin Bruna to even notice me.

"Okay fine. Ill go out tonight with your friends, just get off now" I said pushing his chest to he could fall back.

"You won't regret this. Trust me." he said smirking.

Groaning I got my lap top and went back to editing my pictures and trying to forget how close we had been to me a couple seconds ago.

The hours passed and as I was dreading going out with Neymar and his friends. Since I was practically being "forced" to go, I decided to make the most of it and wear my favorite dress and look real good. Who knows? I might meet someone interesting tonight. As I looked at my self in the mirror finishing any last minute touches I heard a knock on the door.
