"So wassup with this?" Kyla opened the shower door on Mekai
"Yo, what you got going on?" He turned his head and looked at her
"We changing passcodes now?" she asked, attitude lacing her voice
He smacked his teeth "Can't this wait until I get out the shower?"
"It sure can. Until then, what's the passcode?" She pressed
Kyla wouldn't have been pressing the issue so hard, but Mekai had been acting totally different lately. He'd get out of bed all times of the night, take private phone calls, and he hasn't tried to fuck up Kyla's insides in a while.
"Ky, chill." He closed the door and continued his shower
"Oh really nigga? Really?!" she was now even more irritated than before
Mekai didn't respond, so she left out the bathroom and went to sit on the bed.
Beat his ass girl, he cheating
Maybe he isn't.
Bitch please! The only thing you should be questioning now is how you gonna beat this nigga ass.

Ooo, I know. Get some baby oil, put it on the bathroom floor, and be waiting on him with a belt when he gets out.

Mekai had finally got out the shower, and Kyla was still sitting on the bed. All those thoughts that went through her mind were just out of anger. She wanted to at least hear him out before beating his ass.
"You still wanna talk?"
She stared at him for a few seconds "You damn right I still wanna talk! You cheating on me?"
Mekai held his laughter, finding her attitude cute.
"I don't see shit funny. You really testing me right now" Kyla said in all seriousness
"What would make you even think that?" He asked
"You haven't touched me since I've been home, you going downstairs all times of the night, taking secret fuckin' calls. Wassup with that?"
"Ky, it ain't like that." He sighed deeply, questioning if he should tell her the truth
"Then what is it like? Because I'll kill you if you put me through all this shit just to cheat and do me dirty"
"Come with me" he stood up
"See, now you tryna' get out of the conversation. I-"
He smacked his teeth "I'm not. Just come with me downstairs"
She stared at him for a few seconds before standing up and following him. He reached his hand out for her to hold, but she swatted it away.
"I can walk by myself"
He didn't respond, he just walked downstairs and proceeded to where he wanted to take her.
"Kai what the hell we doing outside the basement?"
"You wanna know why I get out of bed all times of the night, and been acting so strange. Your answer is behind this door" he gave her the key
"You could just tell me why, extra ass nigga" she snatched the key and unlocked the door
She walked down the basement steps, with him now behind her. As she came closer to the last step, she saw a body laying on the ground. It didn't phase her, so she went over to it and checked.
"So you been keeping your therapist down here? You fucking her or something?"
"No man" he chuckled "She tried to tell me if I slept with her, she'd write me off for all those damn sessions. I didn't wanna cheat so-"
"You kidnapped her" she finished
"Pretty much." He shrugged "And now I'm waiting for my homeboy in Mexico to help me get her over there- that explains the secret phone calls"
"Homeboy in Mexico?" she raised an eyebrow
"I'm international, baby" he smirked
She rolled her eyes "Is she dead?"
"Nah" He said before kicking Jas, making her groan
"Eh, ok." Kyla wasn't phased by any of this "So why you tryna get her into Mexico?"
"I can't keep her in here forever, and I damn sure can't let her go back to her family."
"Got it. So what this gotta do with you fucking me though?"
"I just wanna make sure you're healed first" he said
"I am, baby" she sighed "Thanks for being sweet though" she left a peck on his lips
"I mean completely healed. Not just physically."
"I appreciate you so much." She hugged him "But I swear I'm fine."
"I feel you" he nodded "It's still gonna take some time though" he let it be known
"And I'm cool with that. Long as you not cheating on me."
"Help me" Jas groaned "I wanna go home"
"Oh shut up" Mekai and Kyla said at the same time, but Kyla sent a kick to Jas's body
"That's for tryna fuck my nigga. Now let's go to sleep, I'm tired" Kyla grabbed Mekai's hand and led him upstairs
So instead of making a sequel to this book, I'm going to add a part two inside of this book. Part two will start after chapter 50 and be more of a focus on college life for Mekai and Kyla.
Of course some twisted shit will still be going on 😏
