Chapter 17

(Dawn's POV)
It's morning now as I stretch with a yawn, Crystal is still asleep and Red isn't around....Where'd he go??? I got up outta bed picking Crystal up with me as I go downstairs to look for Red, he must be hungry because when I found him he had just fallen into my favorite mug, I giggled, "Here baby, let me help you" I said as I gently picked him up, he growls softly, "I could've done it myself!! And I ain't a baby!!!" He says blushing brightly crossing his arms. I giggled softly before nuzzling his face lovingly, "Sure baby~" I tease him before kissing his cheek gently. He's a blushing mess.
I put him on my shoulder as he clings onto my neck. Crystal is in my shirt pocket still asleep. I get to work and make sure blackberry waffles one of my favorites.

Once there's done I sit down gently at the table and offer Red a small piece. He grabbed it eating it happily....I can't help but smile at this. Red purrs loudly as he eats. Crystal smells the food and wakes up from this, "I WANT SOME TOO!!" She says wagging her tail rapidly. I giggled before giving her a small piece too. They both eat happily.

I dug into my waffles happily smiling.

(Crystal's POV):
ITS SOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!! I wanna eat these everyday!! "Mama what are these called, I love 'em!!!" I said. She smiled, "They're called waffles. I stuffed them with blackberries" She says. I smiled brightly, "I LOVE BLACKBERRY STUFFED WAFFLES!!!!" I exclaimed. Red has his mouth full so he can't say anything.

Dawn looks at Red, "Slowly down Red you'll get a stomach ache if you eat to fast...the food ain't going anywhere and you can always have more" She told him. Red blinks in surprise from this as he chews his food a bit slower but then swallowed his large mouth full. Dawn rolls her eyes softly, "..."

I giggled softly before thinking slightly as I eat my waffle piece, I needed to think of a plan to rescue Boss...I could go in the chimney to rescue Boss....or go through the vents......Hmm...

"...Crystal....?"

I glanced up at Mama & Red humming softly.
Red looks at me while another waffle piece in his hands, "Whatcha thinking about??" He asked curiously. Dawn was also curious, "You looked like you were so deep in thought just now, what's up???" She asked.

I wasn't sure if I should tell them.....
