"Baby wake up" I said shaking Callie.
School started a week or 2 back, and Callie dreads it, even though she's now a senior, she has more frees, she still hates it.
"I don't wanna go" she wined
"Callie get up" I said pulling her to her feet.
"Did u pack ur gym bag?" I asked and she nodded
"Mhm" she said
I pushed her into her bathroom and made my way downstairs to see everyone eating
Callie came down 10 minutes later looking fresh.
She ate some fruit and toast but half ate it and went to leave
"Uh no-" I said
"I'm full" she said
"Idc" I said
"No" she huffed and I shrugged and ate it
Thankfully , Indiana hadn't gotten into any fights yet as she was so close to being expelled
"Ready?" Indiana said and Brayden and Callie nodded
" bye!"she said kissing ace .
"Bye!" We said
I got ready and everyone did aswell.
Hunter left and Tate was feeding ace.
Ace was in small jean overalls and a flannel shirt.
And a beanie.
"Hey cute!" I said tickling his tummy as Tate pulled away.
"I'll meet you at the office, Lola has to go in her cage" I told him and he nodded
After almost an hour I arrived at the office and headed straight to my office .
I started working on some new finance systems .
Tate walked in minutes later .
At around 11:59 I looked at the time and me and Tate decided to go home
"Let's go" I told him and we left.
Thankfully we beat some traffic .
We made it home and saw Hunter sitting on a stool
I saw 3 Philly burgers on the counter and I thanked him and we ate.
I scrolled on instagram reels for a bit.
I looked at the time
1:20. Lola was laying by my stool when I immediately felt my phone vibrate.
It was from the school
"Hello?" I said
"Good afternoon, am I speaking to Colton Lord?" A woman said and I looked at Hunter and Tate .
They could hear the call as it was on full volume.
"Speaker" Tate mouthed and I put it on speaker and set the phone down
"Yes, this is he" I said wiping my face
"I'm calling in regular to Callie Lord, -" she said and I looked at my phone
"What do you mean ? What happened to her?" I asked putting the phone off speaker
" she was in her gym class , I don't know what happened but she's injured herself ." She said
"Okay." I said
"I'll come and pick her up now" I said
"Indiana , Thomas and her brother are with her" she said
