Reciprocation

Tori's POV

OH MY GOD. Jade freaking West just told me she likes me. I look over at the wall and back to her. I begin rubbing circles on her hand with my thumb. Shit. Here we go.

"I like someone too"

"Oh." Jade's face falls.

I take her face in my hand and make her look up at me.

"I like you too Jade."  Finally, it's out.

We look at each other over the counter until I manage to say something.

"I've actually liked you since that day we got stuck in Beck's rv trailer."

"Really? Huh. I actually started liking you when you had to perform the stupid "bird scene" like six times." She lets out a small laugh.

"Hey, that was actually pretty hard." I let go of her hand and pout.

"Tori, I kinda fell in love with you when you managed to get Beck fired from that dumb roll in that movie. I just never showed it."

The oven beeps and I go to take the pizza out.

"Oh really? I thought everyone hated me for that."

"Yes, really."

I put the pizza on the stove top for it to cool before I cut it.

"Here let me get the plates."

"Wow Jade, so mannerly." I laugh.

"Don't try me Vega."

    She grabs the paper plates from the bottom cabinet by the garbage bin and puts two on the counter. I take out the pizza cutter and cut the pizza into eight, mostly, even pieces. I put two on mine and two on Jade's.

"What do you want to drink?" I ask.

"I brought Fanta, remember. I'll just go upstairs and grab a bottle."

"Okay. Don't take all night."

      Jade rolls her eyes and struts off to my bedroom and I watch her hips sway as she makes her way up. Damn, those hips. Now ,I can have these thoughts. I take the plates containing the pizza slices over to the couch and put them on the coffee table. Then I go back into the kitchen and grab two cups from the cupboard. I put ice in both from the ice machine. I hear jade start to make her way down the stairs. I watch as her voluminous chest bounces as she makes her way down the stairs and over to me. Damn.

"Nice. You got cups."

     She opens the 2 liter bottle with a hiss and pours the contents into the two cups of ice. Jade then closes the bottle, leaving it on the counter. I take my cup and she takes hers, and followers me to the couch. I place my cup on the coffee table. Jade follows suit and we plop down on the couch together at the same time. I grab the TV remote and switch the TV on. I put on the guide and start flipping through channels. Jade slowly slips her arm around me and I gingerly lean into her.

"See anything good?"

"Not really. Wait. Parks and Rec. is on. Do you mind watching that? I know it's not exactly your forte."

"No I'm cool. Let's dig into the pizza."
